While my visit to Greenville, I was looking for a near by food place by the hotel. I really enjoy Middle Eastern food and saw that this place has good rating so decided to give it a try. By the time I got to the restaurant, the food is ready. I got one beef, Shawarma, and two chicken Shawarma. My mom had the beef and my husband and I had the chicken. We are all disappointed by the food. For me, the chicken didn't even have the garlic flavor. Chicken was dry and lots of oil and not seasoned well. Also the bread was dry, which made it hard to the sandwich. My husband and mom had the same comments about the food. I don't recommend this place to anyone.Iu read more

A Must Try in Downtown Greenville Tahini absolutely blew me away last night! I had the Fattoush Salad, and I do not even normally like salad, but this one was so light, refreshing, and full of flavor that I would happily get it again. The Za'atar Fries were addictive, and both hummus dishes were standouts. The Falafel Over Hummus tasted like it was handmade with love, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The Beef Over Hummus was incredibly tender and full of flavor. And the hummus itself was so good I wanted to dip everything in it. For dessert, the Barazek was the perfect ending. It is a crunchy sesame cookie that is not too sweet, and the sesame and pistachio flavor combination was amazing. The customer service was great, and the decor felt very cultural and welcoming. It is absolutely worth the trip to downtown Greenville! I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! read more

The food tasted very healthy. It filled me up very quickly and for a reasonable price. The people behind the counter were very nice. Inside the facility were murals of plants and the music played in the background was new house tracks. Great food and fast service. Chill atmosphere. They don't have complimentary water but they will give you a cup of ice for you to pour a bottle into. The black iced tea is great. I had a falafel wrap meal deal with a side of hummus and a drink. So filling that I could only eat about a third of it. My wife had the falafel salad and it was so pretty. The turnips marinated in pickled beet juice was a surprise. Added great color to the salad. Two non-gendered bathrooms. Not a fan of the lock on the bathroom door. Same type of lock that failed on me at Jeter Mountain. Convenient city parking around the corner. Oh and the barazek (cookies) were fantastic. read more

We went here for lunch on the recommendation of the staff at Oil and Vinegar and were so glad we did! We ordered the shareable falafel and zataar fries. The falafel were large and very moist inside- some of the best we've had. The fries were perfectly crispy and came with a delicious garlic sauce.
