Usually have a good experience at other Cava locations but not this location. The staff overloaded my bowl with so much sauce that I could not eat it. I come to this location often. Last Friday, the restaurant had a list of several items that were out of stock listed in the door including, lids for bowls, bags, many food items and the fryer wasn't working. Technically, the store was open, but you couldn't really order much. I love coming here but this is not the first time I've seen this here. I've worked in food service myself, and i know sometimes the managers may not order enough of something. However, better management may be needed at this location. It's not a good look. Each time this has happened, other customers gather at the door and express the same type of disappointment. This is how you lose customers. read more

So we were very excited about having dinner at Cava after reviewing the menu so we tried it out. Absolutely THE worst experience in my life. We literally waited 55 minutes for our food after ordering and they THEN tell us they were out of some ingredients from our order. When I asked which ingredients the server said "all of them" and said she was cancelling our order and refunding our card, and that was it! The food is delicious and fresh. Crazy Feta is sooo good. I never order the bowls on the board and opt to create my own. I think if you're finding toppings lacking, try doing that instead. Now, why only 3 stars when I wish I could give 5? CUSTOMER SERVICE! all the employees look like they hate their job and you're stupid for eating there. I've had to ask every time for the proper items to come with the kids meal. They act like it is a massive inconvenience to give you the pita chips. One employee told me she wouldn't eat anything on the menu. That was scary. Im pretty sure it was because she didn't like the food, not that there was anything wrong with it. My friend and I waited in line for a total of 20 minutes with only two other customers in front of us. Employees lacked customer service; there were only two on the floor and 4-5 in the kitchen standing around having conversations. For lack of better terms, our pita wraps were slapped together and ingredients were falling out. The drink machine was down and we asked for water cups. We did not see the water spout and instead of bothering the two overwhelmed employees, we got juices instead. An employee walked out from the kitchen to let us know we were not allowed to get those beverages instead of helping the line of people still waiting to be served. My online order was messed up completely missing more than half of my toppings. Also, very very stingy. I've been to other Cava locations and they are great! The Mall of Georgia location had a messy serving area, and was out of food during dinner time. There were 3 hours left before closing and they were out menu items I wanted. First of all, delicious! It's so wonderful to have a place near MOG that is safe for me to eat at (celiacs disease and no dairy or egg) but, the first time I visited it wasn't explained to me how much of selection I could have, bc upon my second visit, I was told I could mix two bases, have half sweet potato and veges and pick 3 dips. My bowl was so much bigger and definitely worth the $10 and change. I'll be returning again and again. It does worry me that their health score states they were not properly washing their veges...so important to reduce chances of parasite consumption, and obviously to wash off dirt etc. Hopefully that's been corrected. read more
