Hats off to her!

Miss Lyric took a while to come get our drinks order which is fine & understandable; another young lady was kind enough to grab our drinks for her but what isn't fine is not even acknowledging us even though the hostess told her we were about to get seated there. Once she came over the table, she slammed the buckets. Because she already had a bad attitude, she didn't hear us order French fries with out appetizers, which we did because after we put in our full order, we had a child with us and emphasized how we didn't want anything for the child bc she'd be eating off those fries so we absolutely did order those fries. Anyway, once we got our appetizer (wings) i asked if the fries were coming out and she rudely said NO MAAM, YOU DID NOT ORDER THEM. Okay, no problem but what's the need to do all that when you can just suggest to put the order in kindly? I'd have apologized myself and ordered some fries but Instead we said nvm and she walked away without saying anything else nor suggesting a solution. We all have bad days but that ain't none of my concerns nor fault, treat people how you want to be treated. Unfortunately bc a 18% tip charge was already added to our bill, she did not care to treat us in a proper manner. We got rubbed the wrong way and felt very unwelcome that we didn't even feel like ordering refills to give her any other troubles since it seemed like we were lol. The food which is NOT her fault was very bland and mid. Had we had been given a better run down of the menu and or had a server with a better attitude, we wouldn't have had to pay over $300 for 5 adults; she could've easily made things easier and cheaper for us in my opinion. Money is not an issue for us but unfortunately the service made our visit extremely unpleasant and will not be returning to this location. No matter who you are or how bad your day may be going, just be kind and treat people the way you like to be treated. I'm the first person to stand up for good servers bc my sister is 1 (my dad is THE best tipper too) but people like her do not make it easy for me to defend. We did not want to tip her any more than the already charged tip on the bill and we felt so bad but extra tips are earned... Anyway, very poor service overall. Maybe other locations aren't like this but what a disappointment.

Past by this restaurant all the time, but never had a chance to try it until I saw it on IG yesterday. Ended up ordering 12 lbs of crawfish right away with 3 different flavors and OMG...it's so good! My whole household loves it. The flavors just hit the spot. Crawfish was fresh, not frozen. Some were decent size and some were small, but every bite was worth it. I did tried to place the order over the phone to avoid the $7.50 online platform fee (unavoidable even if it's through their website or app), but they said that I had to order it online because it was my first time. I've also ordered it 3 hours in advance for pickup, but when we got there, we still had to wait another 15+ minutes or so. I prefer to have it waiting for me to just pick up and go as I was on a time crunch. That's why I set it up at a certain time. Overall, I had recommended this place to all my family and friends. I can't wait to order from them again sooner than later being that it's crawfish season.

So I ended up buying everything individually which came to about $25 because I ended up ordering cornbread separately as well. The food! The food was made fresh and ready in about 15 minutes. I ordered the eggs and shrimp combo; menu listed broccoli included--my order was missing broccoli. I substituted the sausage for more shrimp and added noodles. Overall, the food tasted good; the noodles were seasoned well. I would suggest additional seasoning options. They only offer garlic butter and cajun butter--you may combine the two (Vintage Butter). Otherwise, it's a good quality boil. I didn't discover the missing broccoli until I got home. I like that take-out orders are packaged in a pan. Remind staff to include bib and gloves because I was not given any!

The app stated it would be about an hour.. so figured that was not bad at all.. so about 40 mins after ordering I started to head to the address listed for the place.. the address is for a pool house in a sub division.... It is not a real restaurant at all.... Mind you I was on a company trip so I paid with the company card for dinner... I called the number for the place and a guy answered... asked me if I was at a pool house and I said yes right by one... he said give me 2 minutes and I will be there... extremely odd.... But I figured it was a mom and pop place... anyway o got the food and headed back to the hotel... once I got to the hotel I saw there was no receipt... so I called the number again and he said he would send it to my email... well guess what never came... so now I have to pay for this out of my own pocket..... Now onto the food... the food was warm, not hot.... The fettuccine was pretty dry and not creamy... there were 5 large shrimp in the dish... burnt and rubbery... and very little sauce that you come to expect... the salad was ok... and the only thing that was really good was the cannoli... it also came with a dipping sauce... So for my overall review I would not give this place the time of day... it is way too much headache for food that is not worth the cost...
