We stopped in tonight for a quick dinner and cocktails. We love the new cowboy decor! Our food and drinks were delicious and service from Skip was awesome!

Quaint, quiet, tasteful spot. Steak was perfectly cooked. Enjoyable experience. Excellent service as well.

Apparently, they renovated and have a new concept. The service could be a bit more attentive/ observant. While nice, most customers were ignored by the staff. It also was kind of confusing who was serving which section. Our server went on break but we weren't told and no one was told to check up on us. I saw a group sit down and leave because no one approached them for quite a bit. I saw another group walk in and ask for a menu but the music was probably so loud that they were acknowledged but request ignored. - La Panza Pie: I thought I'd be getting a pot pie, it was actually a hand pie. The pickled beet chutney was amazing. I loved the crust too. With the amount of chutney provided and the price, I'd have expected 2 hand pies or 1 pot pie. - Pulled Pork Croquettes: Yum! Perfectly crispy on the outside, a surprisingly good amount of meat in the middle and well seasoned. I highly recommend this appetizer. - The Stockman Burger: This was just ok. Meat and cheese were good quality but the bacon was chewy and hard. It wasn't too exciting. This also came with potato chips but I saw other tables with fries. If I had known that was an option, I definitely would have picked fries. Some of my chips were also rubbery because the middle wasn't fried crisp. - Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit: The biscuit was good but VERY soggy where it touched the chicken, to the point where it was gummy. They probably need to toast the biscuit inside before putting the chicken in. There was no heat in the hot honey and pickles were forgotten but can be left out, they weren't good. The coating on the chicken was interestingly crisp but they may need to check their oil temp before frying, there was just so much oil. All in all, I'd come back for the appetizers and cocktails. The other appetizers looked really good and the cocktails looked expertly crafted.

    Brussel sprouts. So delicious.

4 of us came here to have a cocktail and appetizers before heading over to Music in the Park. The cocktails were ok. A glass of red wine was $19. We ordered several appetizers and none of them were edible. All way too spicy. Even our calamari was too hot to eat. What happened to the brussel sprouts and steak bites that were always favorites. We were told there was a new Chef and he liked spicy. Interesting! He is suppose to be cooking for his customers not himself. We left everything on the table. They were also way too high priced. This used to be a favorite place to come. It looks like we will go to Street Side from now on. The only good thing was our server/bartender. He did take a couple things off of our bill. Not sure what this new Chef is thinking, but you don't take customer favorites off of the menu.

To the left of the front desk at the Paso Robles Inn and up the stairs is a lovely lounge with a great selection of spirts and exemplary service. They have solo and duo music on weekends and is a great place to relax and chill while walking around downtown. I'll be back for sure!

Great service. Cool vibes. Mid food. The tables for large groups are at couches which is fun for drinks but kinda hard if you're planning a full menu

We came here around 9:30 since the steakhouse was closed. The server we had was super nice. The food we got was really good. My fiancé got a mojito since they only had Hennessy for cognac and I got one of their signature cocktails. I don't remember the exact name but it was like the J.h something. It had a smoky flavor and was sweet so if you like those combinations it would be perfect for you. The spinach and artichoke dip was amazing and honestly the best one I ever had. The burger my fiancé said was really good. The margarita flatbread was also really good.

Tucked away on a back street in Paso lies this interesting and very amazing venue. I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams going to a place like this, let alone what was inside. To be honest, I at first felt like I was entering the twilight zone, the first time I came here. In the back of my mind, I was thinking, " Is this what it felt like going to something like this during prohibition times? Now, in this post, I will not share all about your entrance, etc., into this place, as that takes the fun out of it, but I must add that if you are in the Paso area, this is a must on your list. Let's go back and recreate yesteryear, a very intimate and very exclusive, club-like atmosphere. You never know who is watching you; it's all that mystery. Does it feel a bit like the game CLUE"? We were greeted by a friendly server named Sara (hopefully, I recalled her name correctly). Before we were seated, I asked if they had hot herbal tea and she said they definitely did. The bar lounge wasn't overly large but they did their best to accommodate their patrons. Before we finished our drinks. some new patrons walked in and they had to be turned away since the lounge area was already filled. We kept our visit short so they could accommodate more patrons. I'm sure the food they offered would have been delicious but we had already eaten dinner. The sticky toffee pudding sounded like it would have been wonderful! I had my eye on the lamb shank ahead of time, and it turned out to be perfection--easily the standout dish of the night. I've dined at many great restaurants, and they truly executed it beautifully. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere (something I always pay attention to). Service was excellent--attentive without being overbearing. It's now at the top of my Paso Robles restaurant list, and we'll definitely be back.
