You walk in to an open space with white walls and green plants everywhere with music playing. You are greeted when you walk in and order at the counter they have beverages in the fridge a ton to choose from. Food came out fast and was definitely devoured. Bathrooms are very clean as well keep after they even have. A baby changing table in the woman's bathroom. Some toys up front to keep kids busy as well. Big Breakfast two cage-free organic eggs, Two Spot challah french toast, choice of house maple sausage or 2 slices of thick cut bacon 1/2 biscuit and gravy & Hashbrown Square Just enough when you just eat a quick bite But that hasbrown square though look at my video of that crunch! Full order biscuit and gravy with chicken When I tell you this chicken is to die for brined in pickle juice with the seasonings on point was perfect. French toast side for the minion. She loved it and left full Definitely must visit either passing though or if you live local!!

Customer service and overall customer experience was excellent! I can really tell by the many small details (cozy waiting area, cleanliness of the entire restaurant, local coffee carafe, beverage assortment, etc) throughout the restaurant that the owners care about the overall customer experience while dining at Graysons. The food was spectacular! I rarely almost never eat while working, but I could not pass on a grilled pesto sandwich (it was fantastic!) I'll be sure to stop by Graysons when in Port Angeles; I highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding deli sandwiches, perfect for a quick lunch stop while in Friday Harbor. I'm…read morenot usually a deli person, but I was blown away by this sandwich. Delicious, perfect ratios of ingredients, and very fresh quality. I got a "build your own" sandwich but they have a wide variety of pre selected sandwiches if you'd rather that they choose. I was here during a Saturday lunch rush so it was packed inside, but the employees moved FAST. Service was very quick and the employees were all super friendly. There are no tables inside, so I took my sandwich to a nearby bench. There are tons of places to sit and enjoy the views in Friday Harbor. I will absolutely come back here next time I come to FH.

One thin and narrow (1/2") slice of pre-cooked bacon was severely underwhelming). A thin layer of avocado spread(?) rather than avocado. Swiss fine. Mayo fine. Red onion fine. Two slices of bread that were not toasted...so essentially a turkey sandwich. I returned to ask about the correctness of the order and the woman behind the counter got chippy immediately stating that this is the turkey club and wrapped it up and handed it back without even long at it. I asked about the three slices of toasted bread listed on the menu. She said that the board is wrong and we don't do three pieces any more. I asked about the single piece of bacon and she wanted to hand me some more bacon. A $16 sandwich that wasn't as adversities and an unwillingness to make it right means we won't be returning. Below mid.

Such a gem! Stumbled into this cute, women-run sandwich shop and it did not disappoint. Our…read moresandwich was the perfect size, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The coleslaw? Honestly, one of the best I've had. Crisp, tangy, and so satisfying. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and even though we missed out on the popular Friday fish taco special (sold out, always a good sign!), everything else made it clear why this place is a local favorite. Fast service, great vibes, and food that hits the spot. Highly recommend!

A couple of thoughts: - Fast and friendly service - Few tables inside (only 2 tables), so if it rains and if there's no space inside you should order to go - Really fresh ingredients make everything sing - Friday fish tacos are to die for - Roast beef sandwich is savory, even with the dreaded-oh-I-don't-like-olive olive jam - Culinary gems from around the world I was pleasantly shocked they even carry Mexican Monte Xanic wines, normally you'd need to get them in San Diego or cross the border to Valle de Guadalupe! We tried coming back to next day only to find out they're normally closed Sat-Mon. Oh well, if I ever find my way back to San Juan Island I would not hesitate to stop by again!

Stopped here a few times in the last week while vacationing on Orcas Island. Had a great talk with David during one of our visits. I was excited to visit Eastsound and did some research on the current food vibe. Being a caterer/baker myself I was super excited to check out Brown Bear Baking and "treat" our group to some of their bakes. Sadly we were pretty disappointed in 2/3 of our purchases. First of all, the sticky bun was underbaked, doughy with no spring to the roll. I will say that their "sticky" was delicious. On the other end of the spectrum the blueberry peach almond coffee cake was burnt and extremely dry. My daughter did enjoy her peanut butter cream filled sandwich cookie so, points for that. What makes me sad is that I am not sure when I will get a chance to return to see if it was an off day for them and also, food prices are SO high it is disappointing to basically throw away $15 worth of food. Lastly, I am not sure what it is...but what happened to "service with a smile"?....it seemed lacking at most of the places we patronized yesterday.
