Best bubble tea in the peninsula! Huge selection of flavors and delicious food. The owners are wonderful and very friendly!

We were turned away at another breakfast spot so we gave this one a shot and i'm so glad we did! Great customer service, great atmosphere, and even better food/drinks! Best pancakes i've ever had.

I could have sworn the potatoes were undercooked but I could not be more wrong!

We found this place online, saw that they served breakfast, and decided to stop on the way out of town. We walked in and thought it was just a coffee shop, only to find bubble tea paintings on the wall. I half expected microwaved food. I could not have been more wrong! They gave us one of the most delicious meals we had on the peninsula, they were incredibly friendly and delivered to our table. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and the eggs were (please don't tell her) better than my grandmas, it was absolutely incredible. If I ever return to port Angeles and don't stop at Lola's again, I'd be committing a crime!

Don't skip out on this place! Understated, but DELICIOUS. (Passing through Port Angeles on our way to Olympic) We've never had better breakfast potatoes, I'm not kidding. Husband and wife duo own it. "I'm in the front, he's in the back." So cute. It's like they're cooking for you in their home. We wish we didn't live on the east side of the country or this would be a staple for us. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Nice place to skip the line to grab a quick breakfast, especially during the busy breakfast and lunch hours. It's a small cafe but still has enough room to host a few groups. Great services with plenty food options.

If only I came here for breakfast when they serve the classic Filipino breakfast: sausage, fried eggs and rice! But I'm glad we still came here to check out this cafe in Port Angeles. When we arrived to town, we wanted to get some coffee after the long drive, so found Lola's Cafe. I read the reviews about the Filipino breakfast, so wanted to come by this place, just to see what other Filipino delicacies they have. They have lumpia! The family who runs Lola's was really friendly. I ordered a taro milk tea, and they added two shots of espresso for me, as I told them I really needed some caffeine. The coffee they use here is Sequim's Rainshadow Coffee. Since I ordered my drink hot, it had a nice coconut-y flavor from the warm taro with the espresso. It was solid and what I needed. But they have a long menu of different coffee drinks and bubble teas, in addition to food items. Glad to have checked it out while in Port Angeles.

Stopped by from brunch, lovely place and yummy food. We ordered bacon and veggie scrambled, both are so good. Service is great! Highly recommended

Wanted to grab a quick bite to eat for breakfast before a road trip and WOW! I was so surprised! This place had the best breakfast sandwhich I've ever had in my life. No jokes! I got the croissant sandwich with eggs, cheese and bacon. The croissant was so buttery and soft and the bacon was nice a crispy, you can tell it was made with lots of love. I was going to take a picture but I inhaled it so fast and forgot to take a picture. I also got the Taro boba and it was absolutely delicious!

Pretty sure this restaurant is owned by Someone from the Philippines or someone who loves Filipino food because the menu had a lot of items from the Philippines. Also the drinks were definitely Asian inspired. The breakfast burrito was phenomenal, and as a cafe chosen at random while driving by became a wonderful surprise. On the menu their scrambled egg options can all be converted to breakfast burritos which is what I did. The service was also wonderful.

Who knew there was a tasty breakfast spot?!…read more As soon as you walk in, it's bright with some plants and plenty of tables and chairs. We stopped by here on the way to Neah Bay. My bf was enticed by the breakfast burrito (ngl, this was probably one of the BEST breakfast burritos we've ever had!) it's not the standard breakfast burrito...no...it has crispy hashbrowns like really crisp, followed by some outstanding flavors! We only wished the breakfast burrito was a tad bit bigger but wow, it was so delicious! I had their special: the fried chicken sando! That was a messy yet scrumptious sando! The fried chicken was perfect and crisp, the sando overall was nicely stacked. A little too much iceberg lettuce for my taste but I really loved the sliced pickles and not to mentioned, their well-seasoned 4 ingredient fries!!! That seasoning used which we were guessing was crisp chili flakes with salt and pepper and maybe something else that we weren't too sure of, we thought paprika but it wasn't spicy and they were phenomenal! (Their seasoning is a secret...we couldn't get them to spill!) The gal that rang us up was super nice! They have sodas etc for $3 etc and free ice water prepared. They even have a little kitchen set where kids can play and pretend to cook, so cute! Now we know a place for breakfast and we will come back some day again!

We ordered at the counter, as you do, 2 kids cheeseburgers, a smash burger, and a BLT (they came with fries). We sat on their miniature patio to wait. It took more than 30 minutes for 3/4 of our order to come out, and the last item was another ten minutes later. That last item, the BLT, which is literally toast and bacon, not a time intensive prep! We were told they were waiting on fries to cook (a four minute process anywhere else!) We were just passing through for a visit to the National Park. Maybe that is how they keep going, with customers who will never come back. We wouldn't.

Restaurant has table service with Asian fusion choices such as Bibimbap, Korean Tacos, Bánh mì,…read moreUdon bowls. Friendly service. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking on either side. Outside may look very basic but indoors has comfy seats and an open feel. Recommend the Udon Bowl--try it at spice level 1 even if you normally opt for 0 spiciness (it's a sweet-spicy) and choose bulgogi beef if you like a smoky leaner meat or the pork belly if you're craving more of a rich fattiness. Also check the drinks fridge as you walk in--they have some choices you may not see on the menu such as Mexican Coke.

TLDR: Me and my partner got food poisoning from the chicken sandwich and had to call multiple times…read moreover the course of two weeks to get a partial refund from the owner. Me and a group of friends (8 total) were visiting the Olympic peninsula for a camping/backpacking weekend and stopped by Midtown on a busy Friday night and were quickly seated. The food tasted good and we had great service during our visit. Since we were a large group, and already had shared expenses for the weekend, when asked about the check we offered to put everything on one tab to save time. Later on that night however, after we had set up our tents at our campground, my partner began to experience intense stomach pains which turned into full blown food poisoning. I spent the next several hours helping them, before I also got sick. It was at this point we realized that it was from the chicken sandwich my partner had ordered at Midtown, since I had eaten her last remaining bites of the sandwich and this was the only food we shared that other members of our group had not also eaten (we all shared food at lunch earlier in the day). My partner and I essentially spent the night in the campground bathroom (we are extremely lucky they had one). The next morning we were feeling depleted, dehydrated, and decided to head home to recover while the rest of the group continued on the trip. We spent the rest of the weekend trying to get food down. I called Midtown the next business day and let them know what happened for their awareness mostly. They thanked me and told me their policy is a full refund if something like this happens and that the group should expect it soon. We didn't hear from them or get notification of a refund so we reached out a week later and they said they forgot and now the owner would only provide a refund for me and my partner's meals and that they never offered a full refund. They said since we had "12 people" on the ticket they wouldn't do it (our tab for 8 people was $186 before tax and tip) but if we had a doctor's note that could change things. I promised them we weren't making it all up and that I've never gotten food poisoning from a restaurant or even left a bad review before! Tired of the gas lighting I decided it wasn't worth arguing and let them know this will have to be my first. It's a shame their management is unprofessional because our experience in the restaurant with the food and staff was nice.
