We were turned away at another breakfast spot so we gave this one a shot and i'm so glad we did! Great customer service, great atmosphere, and even better food/drinks! Best pancakes i've ever had.

I could have sworn the potatoes were undercooked but I could not be more wrong!

We found this place online, saw that they served breakfast, and decided to stop on the way out of town. We walked in and thought it was just a coffee shop, only to find bubble tea paintings on the wall. I half expected microwaved food. I could not have been more wrong! They gave us one of the most delicious meals we had on the peninsula, they were incredibly friendly and delivered to our table. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and the eggs were (please don't tell her) better than my grandmas, it was absolutely incredible. If I ever return to port Angeles and don't stop at Lola's again, I'd be committing a crime!

Don't skip out on this place! Understated, but DELICIOUS. (Passing through Port Angeles on our way to Olympic) We've never had better breakfast potatoes, I'm not kidding. Husband and wife duo own it. "I'm in the front, he's in the back." So cute. It's like they're cooking for you in their home. We wish we didn't live on the east side of the country or this would be a staple for us. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Nice place to skip the line to grab a quick breakfast, especially during the busy breakfast and lunch hours. It's a small cafe but still has enough room to host a few groups. Great services with plenty food options.

Stopped by from brunch, lovely place and yummy food. We ordered bacon and veggie scrambled, both are so good. Service is great! Highly recommended

If only I came here for breakfast when they serve the classic Filipino breakfast: sausage, fried eggs and rice! But I'm glad we still came here to check out this cafe in Port Angeles. When we arrived to town, we wanted to get some coffee after the long drive, so found Lola's Cafe. I read the reviews about the Filipino breakfast, so wanted to come by this place, just to see what other Filipino delicacies they have. They have lumpia! The family who runs Lola's was really friendly. I ordered a taro milk tea, and they added two shots of espresso for me, as I told them I really needed some caffeine. The coffee they use here is Sequim's Rainshadow Coffee. Since I ordered my drink hot, it had a nice coconut-y flavor from the warm taro with the espresso. It was solid and what I needed. But they have a long menu of different coffee drinks and bubble teas, in addition to food items. Glad to have checked it out while in Port Angeles.

Wanted to grab a quick bite to eat for breakfast before a road trip and WOW! I was so surprised! This place had the best breakfast sandwhich I've ever had in my life. No jokes! I got the croissant sandwich with eggs, cheese and bacon. The croissant was so buttery and soft and the bacon was nice a crispy, you can tell it was made with lots of love. I was going to take a picture but I inhaled it so fast and forgot to take a picture. I also got the Taro boba and it was absolutely delicious!

Pretty sure this restaurant is owned by Someone from the Philippines or someone who loves Filipino food because the menu had a lot of items from the Philippines. Also the drinks were definitely Asian inspired. The breakfast burrito was phenomenal, and as a cafe chosen at random while driving by became a wonderful surprise. On the menu their scrambled egg options can all be converted to breakfast burritos which is what I did. The service was also wonderful.

Their food was amazing! We got Breakfast special and Breakfast sandwiches. It tasted so good, with a punch of their fruit jam (i think). The ambiance was very cozy, cute and lovely. Friendly and nice waitresses there too. I would definitely come back whenever I'm in town.

I quickly identified this as the most likely place in Port Angeles to sate our hunger and thirst! We were not disappointed!. The Main Street is humble but all-American. We arrived at 5:30 and we were quickly seated in a comfortable, tall banquette. Our server was Miranda and she was a total pro. She was knowledgeable, efficient, perky and knew her business like the pro she is. The menu is real deal Gastro-pub, there are plenty of craft cocktails to satisfy any taste. The double vodka rocks was $12, the special was any burger for $15. I had the Mrs Newton burger with Brie and raspberry jam with smashed patties. SO GOOD! The chowder was excellent the tataki small plate was outstanding! We got the chocolate thing for dessert. We had a great evening!

The burgers were too greasy and mine was way undercooked for what I asked for (medium). My stomach didn't feel great after eating it. The fries were decent, but are a separate add on to the burger. Friend said Fish and chips were standard fare, but the chowder was a little bit on the thin side. The food is definitely pricey, but portions are decent.

Service was very friendly and they were helping in answering questions and making suggestions. Food took about 20 mins which was maybe a little surprising considering we only ordered soup. Food: Overall things here have a homemade taste to it meaning things tasted clean, healthy, and maybe a little simple despite the long list of ingredients they list in their descriptions. I had the coconut ginger soup which had a nice complex broth taste with light coconut flavor, you can see in the picture it still has an almost watery translucency to it so it's not that heavy. With all the basil, cilantro, and jalapeño toppings it brightened the dish up even further. I did add shrimp and was surprised to find they were baby shrimp only half a centimeter large at best but there were a ton of them so it was still a filling dish. My main complaint was my rice noodles were overcooked so very mushy. My friend had the gulf soup and was honestly a little disappointed as it tasted almost like an Italian wedding soup with a simple tomato-based broth and fairly standard macaroni noodles. The flourless brownie was just fine. It had an underdone almost pudding like texture and a fairly standard chocolate flavor that didn't stand out in any way but they do serve it with a demiglace which was a nice touch. Overall this place was good but I've had better pho broth at Vietnamese restaurants, better coconut curry soups at Thai restaurants, etc. This place caters to a health-conscious crowd that favors clean light flavors. You pay a premium for their high quality and fresh ingredients but I think "normal" people expecting incredibly savory and rich soups might be a little disappointed. As long as you set your expectations appropriately I do think this place is worth a try.

I read some of the bad reviews and was confused since the host and waitress were pretty attentive. It was a Monday night so it was just those 2 workers. We got sad down as soon as we came in and got our food no more than 10 months after ordering. We had no problems.
