He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. The basement is not entirely finished because it is used mostly by my teenage kiddos & their friends, but we did want an outstanding entertainment system for them to watch movies & play games. We opted for a projector & screen. We also wanted to integrate the Philips Hue system for a backlighting on the screen that coordinates with the picture. He & his colleagues built speaker boxes for us & the frame behind the screen upon which the lighting strip would rest. It came out amazing! They did an outstanding job. One year later, and all is still running smoothly. I have not had to reach back out to them for anything so far, but I was left with a strong impression that if we needed help with anything we would just be able to call.
