The atmosphere is so cute and trending. I love the feel of it just with its own personality. The service was great. The food was yummy. Little greasy and heavy but to be honest if I'm going to cheat on my diet I want it just like this! I would come back everytime I fly into town to visit! read more

Amazing to die for pizza, nice staff, and great vibes. Definitely recommend coming here!

Today was our first time in. It absolutely did not disappoint. The seasonal salad was vibrant and fresh with an amazing vinegarett dressing that was to die for. The customized slice we order was perfection. I have found a new favorite spot. read more

Two hour wait for a Togo order pick up order that they completely screwed up. No shortage of incompetent employees!

Catalyst Pizza serves the absolute best chicken sandwich you'll find anywhere in the Rogue Valley.

Quality food all around. Don't sleep on other items outside of the pizza. Burger and fries are amazing too. Prices are what you expect for higher quality food. Nice eat in area- clean. read more

Well after several delays on my part I was 'finally' able to check out the new location on H St. Grants Pass. The downtown food cart is no more, they've "transitioned " into a full blown Brick n Mortar. Ow when you go there be mindful that things get busy, and though things may seem a bit disorganized Zach has his thumb on it and once a few more weeks pass all will become smooth. The food..That What it's All About! The menu has changed a little it It's ALL GOOD ! We ordered a make my own Calzone. Garlic Knots, and a Chicken Cesar Salad. (somehow the dressing was overlooked). But . . . Overall. . . "FANTASTIC". (I am adding a quick shot of the menu) read more

I can barely give this place a one star. Just got our veggie pizza from the rudest woman at the counter. No hello or thank you or any pleasantries exchanged. Person who took phone order was rude as well. They are apparently too "cool" to speak to their customers. Pizza hardly had any cheese on it! So skimpy of toppings. $40 for a veggie "cheese" pizza with burnt crust. Not going back again as this is the third try for us. Going to go to Abby's where the staff are nice and appreciate our money spent with them! read more

This is our families favorite pizza place in Grants Pass. Friendly staff, great pizza and a fun atmosphere.

BEST pizza in Grants Pass hands down!! The staff is friendly and works hard to get amazing food out quickly! Plus My boys love the arcade! Don't miss this place! read more

This is still my #1 pizza place in the Rogue valley. The only complaint I have is after I get my pizza to go and put it in my car, I have to endure the heavenly aroma with no pizza my mouth. The smell of that sourdough crust, parm, etc is heavenly. read more

Although the wait to get the food was quite long (was told it would take 50 minutes on phone, then had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes when I got there to pick up). Despite that, the food was delicious and I loved everything. The presentation in the boxes was beautiful and not just tossed in like a lot of places do. Makes a difference to see things positioned with care!! The taste of the pizza was wonderful, chewy dough was cooked to perfection. Nice ingredients and the flavor was fantastic, I could tell they use high quality meats and cheeses. All the guys working there were nice and friendly too. I hope they get themselves an actual restaurant, as they will probably have bigger ovens and will be able to make pizza faster! I'm sure they would succeed, their food is top notch. Looking forward to trying the gyro next time. read more

Jättegod pizza och trevlig personal. Snabb service och ett jättebra läge om du bir mitt i stan.

This place is awesome, super friendly staff and the deep dish pizza is amazing! We will definitely eat here again.

If you like Pizza My Heart, you'll definitely like this place. However, this place is ten times better ! Great staff, fun, colorful atmosphere, and overall great place. Pizza was pretty good! 4 stars because it was a little burned at the bottom, but other than that, all was really good! It was very busy on a Tuesday night when we arrived from out of town. I would definitely come back and try out a different pizza option ! read more

The pizzas we ordered had very few toppings on them. I actually prefer a safeway pizza to these pieces of bread with a little cheese and a smattering of toppings. Should have taken a picture! read more

We just moved to GP and asked our neighbors to dinner at one of their favorites. So happy they chose Catalyst. The service was great and food came quickly. Fun vibe with great selection of craft beer. The pizza was unbelievably good and I'm a pizza queen! Hands down best we've ever had. Antipasto salad was delicious and big enough for us all to share. read more

I've been in the valley for five years, have been lucky enough to travel around the world eating like a king and I'm dead serious when I'm telling you this place has literally some of the best food on earth. Is it healthy? Absolutely not. If you need tofu take your healthy vegan ass elsewhere. You want literally better pizza than 98% of NYC, a Philly that will make you question the origin of cheesesteaks, meatballs that taste better than Naples...just don't think twice. Hit this spot. Great job to the owners. Very few spots have this consistent quality. read more

My husband and I love Catalyst's new adventure. Their restaurant is fun and quirky (I think someone is a Phish fan). This spot is owner operated and they are always there. Their employees are exceptional as well. They have a arcade room away from most of the dining, great for families. And the food, ah man, the Bathtub Gin sandwich and the meatball sandwich are amazing. But their friend chicken sandwich is BOMB!!!! All of their pizza options are great & we highly recommend leveling UP with the Detroit style crust. Order anything on the menu and you won't regret it! read more

Amazing Cheese curd starter and Pizza. Ordered both a Cheese and the Escape From New York pizza. Ranch dressing was pretty amazing too! I'll definitely be returning. read more

The food was excellent as always. The ambience was severely lacking when there was literally FLIES everywhere. On us, on our food. Very annoying and the customers were all irritable. They had four fly apparatuses to ward off flies, but they only had about 4 of them. They had about ten tables so the other six tables were just out of luck. My family complained about how they were so uncomfortable with all the flies. Sadly, I can only give them a 2 rating. read more

Amazing pizza, great and quick service. Will come back again! Ambiance was very warm and inviting.

Poorly run so far. Good pizza, but perhaps rethink some things. $6 / slice, yeah, I get it, its tasty. But here they put the special pizza slice ingredients up on the board, but don't actually write that, no, it's actually $7.50. Kind of bait n switch. Its a fact that is not acceptable business practices. And just an idea, if you charge that much for slices, you should be using organic flour or local ingredients, or not charging for the side of ranch, or giving exceptional customer service? My table was shorted a slice, even though I was very clear in the ordering, and sure, I didn't get charged for it, but it was the one I wanted. As she realized her mistake she told me we weren't charged for it. But no apology, no owning the mistake, no offer to buy me one for her "spacing out" on the job, I would need to go order one and pay the surprise to me $7.50. As my irritation started to immediately rise, another customer came to her at our table to complain their order was wrong as well. There was only like 3 seated tables during my visit, like 7 people in the whole place. Seriously pull it together, especially if you are trying to charge premium pizza joint rates. read more

All I can say how is this place not packed with people right now? Grants Pass has a gem right here. To begin, the staff greeting us and explaining the menu were amazingly pleasant and knowledgeable. They were sensitive to our Gluten Free needs and ensured everything was was prepared separately. Bailey is one of the coolest dudes you will meet. Now, the food... Holy cow this is the best pizza crust in the West. My Wife's GF Pizza crust was awesome too. The wings were the best in Grants Pass hands down.. I challenge any chef or cook in the area to eat these and tell me where there is better. Everything was wood fired in their outdoor oven. Even though this place appears to be just a food truck, they have indoor seating in an old warehouse/shop setting and they pair with Rogue Valley brewing to serve you beer on tap. This place is so under utilized by GP. Please come support their food!! We want this place to stay around for a long time. read more

Bas experience waited over an hour for an order couldn't eat until the next day as I can't eat last a certain time for medical reasons, when asked how long it would be after waiting and hour no one could tell me, Probably will not be returning, pizza slice wasn't very big and the pasta ordered seemed off. read more

i always get this with my colleagues and when i have it at work the pizza and wings are great. but then me and my mans went in and dined in. good ambience but our pizza was way overcooked and wings were dry too. like they cooked the pizza way too hot and too quickly. and didn't let it cool before bringing to our table. picked up a piece of pizza and all the toppings fell off..so i couldn't eat, was disappointed read more

Really good food, large portions, delicious fries. Can't wait to go again. Got takeout and everything was perfect.

Food is amazing! Great service and a nice vibe! Never here before but definitely on my list of great places to go. 2 choices by style or Detroit crust. We choice Detroit this time 12"catalyst and it did not disappoint!!! Plus a dinner salad was perfect for the 2 of us! Definitely coming back to try a calzone cause OMG l saw one go to a table and yummmmmy it looked too.. 11am-8pm and well worth the trip to Grants Pass read more

I see a lot of 5 stars. Not mine because my order was wrong and the pizza wasn't good at all. Ordered 1slice of the 4 cheese for my grand daughter and I don't think there was hardly any cheese on it at all. My lady and I got 2 slices of the Queen of which was suppose to be Detroit style. It was New York style. Also very little toppings. I guess we should have looked at it before we took it home because I would have asked for my $41.00 back. Should have took pictures but didn't because the pictures that show on the website don't look anything like what we got. Sorry Catalyst your only getting 1 star. read more

Tried this great spot and it did not disappoint. We drove over from Medford to try a new pizza spot. Was very busy and they handled that great as well with take out orders and answering the phone. We started off with a wedge salad and that came out first with a balsamic dressing as well as blue cheese on the side. Next came the cheese bread which was cooked very well and came with marinara that the kids liked a lot. The pie came out last and we went with the large cup and char (Personal fav) pep and was also very good. Ratings below. Wedge Salad 8.8 Cheese bread 7.4 Pizza 7.7 Staff 9.1 Ambiance 7.1 (Arcade for kids) Have a great rewards program for money off on future purchases. Don't drink but they had a great beer selection and wine that seemed to be a hit with customers. I would say this place will be a place we will go again for sure. read more

Believe the hype! I was driving through Oregon, looking for something out of the ordinary. I love pizza, so when this food truck showed up on Yelp, I thought I'd give it a shot. I got off I-5 and made my way to Catalyst. It's definitely unassuming. A small food truck in an open lot. I think there was a picnic table on the lot. I ordered the individual House Hog pizza, and added red onions. I paid, and was told they'd bring the pizza to my car. Cool. A few minutes later, one of the employees approached me and apologized - they had run out of pepperoni. He said they could run and get more pepperoni at a grocery store, or just add more of the other meats. I chose the latter. Anyway, about 12 minutes after I placed the order, a guy brought my pizza over. It looked great. But when I took my first bite, OMG! This quality pizza came out of that little food truck?!? It was exceptional, and the ingredients are clearly fresh. The pizza was $11.50 for a 10" pie. Normally, $11, and an extra 50 cents for the red onions. It's not only great pizza, but it's a good value as well. I hope to have the opportunity to hit Catalyst again. If I'm anywhere near Grants Pass, I'll be back! read more

Catalyst Pizza - House Hog, 10" pizza. They were out of pepperoni, but made up for it with other meats. Awesome experience! - Pizza Near Me - Grants Pass, Oregon

Everything I have ordered at catalyst honestly has been absolutely amazing. It is becoming my new favorite restaurant.

Food 5/5 service 5/5 value 5/5 This is my first 5 star review. Catalyst does it right! Yes it's just another food truck on a busy street but they go above and beyond. The food is consistent and of high quality, the menu is inventive and the service is excellent. We've tried a variety of pizza and sandwiches and each time they are excellent. They also have an auxiliary dining area next to the food cart for some indoor seating. Highly recommend! Call ahead and pick up to save on the wait time! read more
