I decided to grab a bite to eat before my flight. I figured I'd check out Cat's restaurant. I ordered the American breakfast to go. My order came quickly. I assume it's pre-made. I like that they supplied ketchup and jelly. Overall, the food was okay. I was hoping for better. But the eggs and potatoes were bland. The only item with flavor was the chicken sausage. I added cheese to my eggs for a fee. That provided a little flavor. I wish they had provided salt and pepper. I ended up making sandwiches with the ingredients. Eating it that way provided the flavor I needed so I didn't waste my food. I'd try the restaurant again, but I'd definitely get something different. The French toast looks good. Maybe I'll try that next time. The staff were nice too. That's always a plus! read more

Simply fantastic. Order the burger as described in the menu. No extras needed! The only thing better than the burger was the host Winsome and our server JaNelle. Winsome's positivity and attitude are infectious and JaNelle is the sweetest and best server ever. I was flying out of Concourse B but stopped on A for Cat Cora's. If you watched Iron Chef on the Food Network, then you will probably have heard of Chef Catherine Cora. On a recent trip, I decided to try this place out and see if the gourmet food served at the restaurant would match the same caliber of cooking talent of Cat Cora. I chose the pineapple braised flank steak tacos with citrus slaw for my entree and had the chocolate budino with salted caramel sauce with a side of vanilla bean whipped cream and berries for dessert. The meat on the tacos was perfectly cooked, very tender and juicy. To enhance the flavor, and give the tacos an extra kick, I asked for limes and hot sauce and after adding that it really took the flavor to the next level. The lime juice enhanced the pineapple in the beef and it was a nice marrying of flavors. The dessert was very rich, decadent and delicious. The best way to describe the budino is a mix between a chocolate soufflé and a chocolate molten lava cake. Note: If you plan on ordering dessert, do so when you order your entree's as the server advised it takes about 15-18 minutes for them to prepare it. Also, it's very hot when they deliver it so give it a minute to cool. This is not a fast food place and you need some time to sit down, eat and enjoy the food. I'd recommend this restaurant if you have extra time in between flights or if this is your final destination. read more

I tried this spot on my early morning travel today. After my 45 minute stop in, I couldn't be happier. The service was great and fast, and food tasted very fresh, and the simplicity was refreshing. I got the steak and eggs special, med rare, thankfully did NOT need steak sauce, as the filet was tender and full of flavor. Highly recommend, and my server was April was so attentive and inviting. The food was not bad. I got the grilled avocado Cobb salad and for the most part, it was good. The only thing that was downright unpalatable to me was the "bacon". Have you ever seen bacon strips you give your dog? That's what it resembled! I had to pick them all out, I couldn't eat it. They should just omit it bc the salad is good. The only place open later! I believe they were supposed to close at 10pm like everyone else but they stayed open until 11! It was really nice... as people came up from the delayed flights they kept saying kitchen closes in 10 mins but they stayed open for an hour past their time! And ended up serving everyone! Really really nice of them since everything else closed down! Their service was impeccable. The Manhattan they served me was awesome! Man when it is mixed right it is so so GOOD! I didn't have food but the location was great... in concourse A right across from gate 24. If I'm back in Atlanta airport again I will make it a point to visit this establishment again! read more

(August 2023) I got off work a little early today (Friday August 18), so I had time for lunch before my flight home. Four years ago, my wife and I had dinner here while on a layover. That was one of the reasons why I remembered Cat Cora. Anyway, I ordered the (3) flank steak tacos. Here, they shred the beef versus just leaving the beef as long strips. I wish more places would shred them for steak tacos! If I had more layovers in Atlanta, I'd have to keep making my way to this place! read more
