It was a huge bummer, but we were fortunate enough to have this happen within about 15 miles of Standard Diesel. The tow truck driver left our vehicle there on a Sunday evening. The very next morning (Monday), our family of four was trying to figure out all of our puzzle pieces, making arrangements for getting home in a rental car and storing our RV, etc. BUT THEN STANDARD DIESEL called. This team was quite backed up and told us they would get our vehicle diagnosed that same day (we thought this was huge!). Within hours they called us back to tell us what the problem was and to let us know that they were going to be able to resolve our issue the SAME DAY! This felt like a miracle. Not only that, but the service fees were very reasonable and Standard Diesel's quality work helped us drive home safely and reliably.
