There is a hot pick toilet seat in the ladies room which is a nod to the eclectic vibe. They have some days where they serve hot dogs but mostly there is no food. However there are some really good restaurants within walking distance where you can grab to go and bring it back to the bar. There are tons of regulars that invited us in with open arms. Many corner bars can be so clicky but this one is not. I'll definitely grab a pizza at Papa Luigi's and snag a refreshing drink there with the friendly bartenders.

But sometimes small makes it cozy and with all the holiday decor, it sure was. On a Monday night it wasn't busy at all, aside from us, only 2-4 people were there throughout the time we stayed. I imagine it get's more busy during games and weekends. I don't remember our bartender's name but she was very nice and checked back with us often. They don't have tap beer or food, except for hot dogs (not cooking while we were there) and chips, etc. Everything is pretty cheap so that's a bonus! As I looked around I saw random funny decor and the bathroom has a pink toilet seat! We had a nice time and I'd go there again!

It's kind of tucked into a corner lot so it's easy to miss if you're not looking for it. Trader Nick's has a wide variety of rum Tiki drinks. I'm not much of a rum drinker, but the owner ran through my drink options without my needing to ask - including a couple of vodka, gin, and Bourbon drinks on the menu. I had a Bourbon Sling and it was very tasty. My drink - with a pretty hefty tip - was around $12 - pretty reasonable, in my opinion. The owner is so nice and helpful! He checked in on our group a few times, and thanked us for visiting more than once as we left. He seemed genuinely interested in whether we had a good experience. One of the two resident dogs was cute, but he didn't seem to like me very much. I got a little growl and bark - yikes. The only thing I think could be improved is the addition of food, or at least some snacks. Especially since most of the drinks are liquor based, it would be helpful to have some food with the drinks.

Yes. This is a tiki bar. So there are sweet options, but if that's not your thing tell your barkeep. They know what cocktails to make you. Did I mention how adorable this bar is? They have an impeccable tiki glass collection. Lots of local wood art work and all the tiki vibes. You can have a beer too if you are not in the cocktail mood. They even bring a Hawaiian beer to the list. If you want high class cocktails that don't have all the hoity toity, but all the flavor then get in here. Some nights they have live music too. The event really packed the place, yet we were able to order food and drinks easily at the bar. Beer wasn't too expensive on tap, the food looked good, and so I decided to order a pizza (thin crust only). It's advertised as house made which I'm sure it is, but their crust isn't anything special. The toppings were good but somewhat light and the ingredients should have went closer to the edges. I'd skip the pizza next time and try something else. Another thing that happened on two occasions is that two separate bartenders responded by saying, "I don't know, I'm just a bartender". Okay, but maybe someone else knows or say it in a different way? One star deduction for that and the pizza. They have an outdoor patio in back and also a parking lot. Inside they have numerous things to keep you busy including darts, free pool, basketball, skee ball, pinball, shuffle board and pull tab machines.
