They were unable to retrieve any data from a failed hard drive. I was unable to recognize the obvious clues.....So, I took a new, in the box computer to them to set up, with disks for software that I run. I had an external drive with a backup..... Long story very short. I picked it up, many days after it was promised.... No software had been installed, no needed files. Every file was left, uninstalled as an icon on the desk top. Nothing worked... Nothing. It was surreal.... Like a bad dream. After spending 150.00, and reading the glowing Yelp reviews, I really expected more. I was trying to save my valuable data including photos, music, and my own productions. Larry told me that he would check it out. A couple weeks pass by without any notice so I call and they let me know they are still looking into it. More time passes and no news, telling me they are looking into it and Larry will call me back. About 3 months later, and they tell me they cant find it. 4 months later I am moving and they have not responded about my laptop, at this point ignoring me and not returning any call. , they never did to begin with. Almost 8 months later and they have chosen to not respond still and my laptop is missing. My theory is they kept it, gave it away, or sold it. Regardless it was my property and they did not have consent to do this and it hadn't even been a year. What is wrong with you Team Nerds?
