I ended up purchasing a new phone but since the phone did not work after the repairs, they did not charge me a cent. I found this repair location on google with a different name (ESM cell phone repair). I was charged $41.60 to have my phone inspected to see what the problem was and get it repaired. I was told I would get a call in an hour or two after the technician checked my phone. After waiting over 3 hours, I called to get the status on my phone. When I called, I was told exactly what I had told them how the phone was acting. Clearly they had not looked at my phone at all. I asked what I next step was and the guy seemed puzzled. I was asked if I wanted to come pick up my phone. Since it was obvious that they couldn't repair it I went back to pick up my phone. It appeared that the phone had no been touched. I guess this was an easy way to make money off people without providing any service. I advised to steer clear of this place unless you have money to give them just because.
