Honest, fair and competent repair service! I went into Big O with a rental car with a slow leaking…read moretire. After evaluation I was told that the tire needed replace because of a puncture in the sidewalk. And, since they didn't have the tire in the right size it would have to be ordered and would take two days. Alternatively they could replace all 4 tires with a different brand right now for "a little over $1,300. The rental company was contacted and they said "no way we're replacing the tires, they only have 16k on them and you're responsible for repairing the leaking tire". Big O said they would not attempt to repair a sidewall leak, and the would not replace only one tire; they needed to replace all 4 tires due to the wear differential between a new tire and the "old worn tires". Additionally they did not want to be responsible for the serious steering and handling issues that would occur, as well as problems with the digital dashboard that would light up with suspension problems that would register with the car's computer!! I declined their proposed solution and asked to have the tire remounted. I drove next door to Shirvens Tire Repair, they determined that it was a previous plug in the tread that was leaking and repaired the tire with a new plug and patch in 20 minutes for $34. There was no hole in the sidewall!!! We drove through Yellowstone, over Beartooth Pass, and back to Jackson via Livingston, and returned the car to Salt Lake City with no problems. After parking in a different spot and seeing transmission fluid again, I knew it was coming from my car. I am 2000 miles away from home on a cross country drive and my car is leaking transmission fluid. The only place in the book, so I called the last minute around 5:30PM on Thursday. I called and got the sales department, the Sales Person let me know the hours and said I could call in the morning and make a appointment. I called in the morning and talked to the Service Manager, he said just bring the car in and they would work it in and look at it. Left car at 8:30AM, they were very nice and gave me a courtesy ride back to hotel. They called me a little after 1PM to tell me my car was done. I went back to get car and they told me there was a leak on transmission at the drain valve and they just had to replace the drain plug and added a qt of fluid did a 16 point inspection. Two tires were low due to cold weather the inflated all tires to correct pressure. When I asked for the bill he told me there was no charge. Five Star Chrysler Service at it's best. *****5 I forgot the Starbucks Coffee Machine 3 blends of beans, it grinds the beans, brews your coffee right in cup. My favorite 5 Star Coffee, brewed to order.

The cost of my diesel oil change was the most I have ever paid.......After they could not find the prepaid Ram dealership oil changes I paid for a few months ago.
