This is an independent shop and the owner takes pride in their work. I am new to Jackson Hole and several locals recommended Chris. A valet dented our Escalade in a very hard spot to fix where the door is close to wheel well. They did a great job at a fair price and the work was finished on time as promised. Di C below is unreasonable. They glued her back together to get her on the road. She paid $50 cash for pizza for the shop guys and it was a favor to get her rolling back to Connecticut. She damaged the fender before and since and wanted Prazma to pay her. Di C, when you spend 5 mins scorching a small business you affect their livelihood forever. As you say, "shame on you". Great experience! Went in for an estimate for collision damage and got quick and friendly service. Decided to use them for the repair. We will always use Prazma Paint & Auto Body for our body and auto needs. They go above and beyond to give you the best experience. Their customer service is top notch and they are always honest and fair. We had to take our car in for some work from a fender bender and asked them to separately address some bird seed that had been stored by a pest in my dash board. This is not their specialty or a service that they typically provide, but they completely cleaned out my entire dash board and took pictures so we could see what had happened. The statement above is what Prazma Paint and Auto Body in Jackson Hole Wyoming advertises on their website. In our instance, this is NOT TRUE at all! I had them fix my tear drop trailer fender that I knocked while parking. I was thankful that they had me wait while they reattached it for me. But after 2 weeks or so of highway driving the fender flew off! It is obvious to me that is was not installed properly but the kicker here is they are not backing up their work. Doris the secretary insisted that it was a "temporary fix". Chris the owner insists it was a "favor" even though they charged me to install the fender. Im in a quandary, I went to who I believed was a professional and reputable Auto Body shop to get a repair from an accident who would of thought that this would be temporary? And if that was the case I should of been told that there was a possibly that I can loose my fender due to poor workmanship and faulty nuts and bots. I called Prazma and explained to them the circumstance and they REFUSE to even come up with a compromise for this issue. Chris just attacked me and told me that a deer, car, rock or bumpy roads could of taken it off. If that is the case then HOW Is my left fender still attached with no issue? While on a cross-country "Grand Tour" in the Tetons, an elk leaped in front of my Land Cruiser causing serious damage to the unarmored nose of the truck, wrinkling the body, smashing the radiator and devastating the entire crumple zone. Searching for a reliable body shop, I talked to various Jackson Wyoming locals for a their recommendations. I learned that the local Taxi Fleet used Prazma Auto Body and Paint to repair and restore all of their vehicles, as did the owner of a local rental car agency, who employed Prazma to restore obsolete rental cars for auction. They each voiced high praise for and their complete confidence in the work they had done by Prazma. Similarly, an employee of the towing company that carted my wrecked Toyota off the road also highly recommended Prazma, noting that their work was consistently of the highest quality and that, compared to the various competent local companies, Prazma also tended to execute their repairs faster than its competitors (Note: Jackson Wyoming is a relatively expensive and affluent area, and like all high-cost areas, the local economy drives up both the cost of living and local salaries, more so than in small towns around its periphery. But though charging arguably "premium rates", one should note that the insurance company's own assessors and desk-auditors that evaluated the itemized repair estimate did not hesitate to accept my choice of Prazma to restore my vehicle. This is a real-life illustration of the principle called the Quality Triangle: "Cheap, Fast, and Well Done; choose only two"). After hearing those unconnected but unanimous recommendations, I decided that my objective was to obtain excellent repairs quickly, so I could continue my journey; I chose Prazma, and I was not disappointed.  The work they did was top-drawer.  I already held high expectations (as one usually does when insurance covers the bill and you are not paying the entire cost out of pocket) but I was overjoyed by the highly aesthetic results that I didn't expect: Their attention to the fine details (pin-striping, windshield seals, removing every tiny knick and blemish, excellent painting and quality clear-coating), simply took the technical repair to the next level.  At each step they were easy to communicate with, open, flexible, and completely reliable in their estimates. Don't trust them! They repaired my car using cheap parts, but charged my insurance for authentic manufacturer's parts. SCAMMERS. I only discovered it recently when the part started showing wear much sooner than the original parts on the car! Said they replaced a part, but just fixed the dent and repainted. How do I know? I normal never deal with anyone but the dealer that I got my car from, but when I had to get repair done and I was 200 miles from my dealer I trusted them with the job. I was skeptical at first but I spoke with the owner and he reassured me that everything was fine. I got my car back yesterday and it looks 100% brand new. THanks! read more

Prazma was so helpful on fixing my car after I got rear ended- they were very flexible as I had to reschedule due to issues getting a rental car. They finished two days earlier than was expected and my car looks and works awesome! They even vacuumed and dusted the interior.
