Some of the other contractors stepped around the issue which was a major problem for us. Thankfully, the crew didn't damage the gutters (that my son and I could detect) and they appear to have made it through the process. The crew arrived early and did a fantastic job. They repaired decking sections that needed (they didn't overlook it and keep going), took care not to trample my wife's plants. It was very windy today but they policed up all the debris to the last nail. The job was precise and looked beautiful. The crew was also very professional and polite. The team was courteous, neat and appreciated the case of Corona. It was March - not even hot yet! They even spray painted the air vent pipes black! Anxious to see how the new Ridge Vent works this summer. My 1966-built rancher has always been hot. My skylights were installed 18 years ago, and they've held up so I did not take NRR up on their suggestion to replace them. I did however upgrade the Shingles to the Certainteed Landmark Pro - and glad I did. I can tell the difference. I spoke with the rep for Certainteed and she advised that NRR is ranked a top installer. // I did entertain Absolute Roofing; their "area manager" contacted me after I signed a form requesting a bid. My insurance company said they wanted $24K to replace roof. NRR did a great job for less than 50%. AR threatened me with lawsuit. Good thing I signed their contract: "Permission to contact USAA denied". Hope this helps!
