He educated me on what he looks for and how he looks for it inside the pool. The first pool leak detector I've seen get inside the pool with underwater gear and test everything for leaks. I had a new pool built about 10 months ago and have had to fill up pool weekly with water so I knew something was wrong. The company that built our pool sent out their leak detection crew but I don't believe they did a thorough job and I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Tru Blue Leak detectors and glad Bo showed up because he found all kinds of stuff wrong. Bo is the man and highly recommend Tru Blue Leak detectors if you want the truth!

We went two weeks with no service due to weather, which I understood, but no one notified me. I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. During that time, the pool began turning green, so I contacted Sean. He told me he would come out the next day, but he never showed. He eventually came on my originally scheduled day instead. I've paid for four weeks of service, yet I've now gone another two weeks with no communication, no updates, and no pool service at all.
