Everything I wanted and then some. Friendly service, arrived on time, did everything I needed done quickly and professionally. My task generally involved just moving things around within my house, and these guys did the easy stuff and the piano with equal ease. Pricing very reasonable and I was happy to get the work done. read more

Rich and his crew were great, rich came quickly for a quote and it was pretty accurate (they maybe went 30 mins over but I have ALOT of stuff ). They were right on time with the schedule provided and communicated their timing in advance as well. His crew came in and got it done SO FAST AND EFFICIENT. Nothing broken or beat up. He also had the best rate from everyone one else who quoted me. 10/10 would use them again! read more

I didn't want to move my larger items and didn't have a vehicle large enough so I found Rich's contact on Nextdoor as being recommended. I reached out to him and received pricing information. He sent more information after reaching his destination. I sent a deposit to hold my spot. Day of we met the movers at my old house and they loaded everything onto a ginormous truck. I wish I'd left more for them to move :) They met us at the new place and unloaded everything. They appreciated that we were prepared and everything was ready to go. It was more chaotic at his place as we had to fit items into existing spaces. And he hadn't wanted to plan ahead. But we got through it. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again. Polite and professional young men who carried my stuff like they weighed nothing. I appreciate them. read more

Great experience with Rich and his crew! Arrived on time and completed task efficiently!

This local Castle Rock company was recommended to me by a local very successful realtor to provide great moving services at quite reasonable very competitive pricing. I found this to be very true! They provide all levels of service from simple moving of furniture to full house preparation. We needed the service to move large heavy furniture out of three levels and put into the garage (for charity pickup). Shoutouts to Cameron and Zak as the team that arrived on time, worked steady and efficiently, harmed no walls or floors moving things about, and were very courteous and professional. I will be booking them again in 2 months for another moving effort! Great team and company! read more

Rich and his assistant (Zach, I think, but not sure now) were very helpful in moving my small office earlier this month. The communication to schedule the move was direct and understandable. They arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early). They were friendly and flexible, which was great because other moves were also occurring in the building that day. Some items were going to the new office in Centennial; some items were going to a storage unit; and one item was coming to our home in Castle Rock. They handled it all smoothly! The total charge was what Rich had quoted to me. I expect to use them again later this year to bring some items from the storage unit to our home. Thanks guys! read more

I have had Castle Rock Moving over to help with moving my big scrapbook cabinet to the basement. The team was very professional. They took great care in taking it apart and putting it back together. We also had them come over and move my treadmill to the basement and again they were on time and very professional. read more

I called Castle Rock Moving Services to get a quote on loading a moving truck for us for our upcoming move to Texas. Rich was super helpful, came out to make sure everything would fit in our 28' trailer and had a lot of good advice for us for the move. Honest and helpful. Looking forward to working with them for our move in 2 weeks. read more

Three for three. They helped us out when we moved in to our apartment. They drove out to Illinois to fetch the rest of our stuff and stick it in storage in Colorado. They helped us with the final move, emptying storage and the apartment and getting us in to our new home. Great rates, super service - friendly, polite, hard working, prompt, no damage. If you need movers in the Castle Rock area this is as good as it gets. read more

We used Castle Rock Moving Services to move my parents from New Mexico out here to Castle Rock, Colorado. It was by far the most reasonable quote even though we were moving state to state. We packed things in boxes and then they loaded them into the truck. They stored it for a few days until my parents got out here and were great about unloading and setting up everything that they wanted. No damage to anything. They managed to get everything in one truck even though I thought we might need another one. They really know how to pack it all in there. Both the owner Rich and Cameron who helped him did a fantastic job and were super nice. My parents really loved them. We will definitely use them for any future moving needs. read more

These guys were great for moving my mom's apartment. Rich responded to my call on Wednesday, gave me a quote on Thursday, and we got my mom moved the following Monday. The two strapping young dudes who showed to help were on-time, friendly, fast and professional. The price was very competitive. read more

We have now used Castle Rock Moving twice. They showed up on time properly equipped and appropriately manned both moves. It's rare to find a company anymore that does what they say they will do when they say they will do it for the price they said they will do it for. Hurray for great customer service. I would certainly hire Rich again and won't hesitate recommending them based on my experience. read more

Fantastic movers! They showed up on time and 2 guys were able to completely unload my truck up to my condo on the 3rd floor in 3 hours. Communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend this team. read more

This owner knows all about great customer service! We scheduled my move and then at the last minute I had to make a change. He was accommodating, polite and professional. He made sure to do everything possible to help me with my move. When the movers arrived they were on time, worked hard, did a great job and the quote was right on. Use them!!! You'll be very happy. read more

I recently moved from Castle Rock to Fountain Colorado. I wanted to support a local company. I was very impressed with this moving company. The movers were awesome and professional young men. The estimate provided by the owner Rich, was right on the mark. They went above and beyond helping me relocate. I highly recommend this company. read more

By far the best moving experience I've ever had! The owner was very flexible with the schedule and squoze me in with less than 24 hours notice. The gentlemen that came to do the quote were spot on with the amount of time they estimated that it would take. The movers were extremely personable and efficient. Not only is this the best moving experience that I've ever had, I would also say the same for business experiences as well. It's difficult to find honest, affordable, well conducted business, and this company has exceeded! What a great team! read more

Rich and his crew are AMAZING! They moved us from our house in CR to an apartment in the Springs today and to say they were the best movers we have ever used is an understatement. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were efficient, professional, courteous and thorough. We have moved a lot so I had a pretty good idea of how long it should take.....others..... these guys not only saved us a ton of time and money but I can't find anything that was damaged at either end. read more

As a realtor and former property manager, I am often asked for moving service recommendations. It's a difficult answer because crews/personnel change and consistency is key. When it came time to move myself, I went on a recommendation from a homeowner and called Castle Rock Moving Services. Rich called me right back and we set up an appointment. He came out to look at our home and provided a fair quote within 24 hours. For due diligence we contacted two other movers for quotes as well. No one could offer the service flexibility nor attention to detail. We committed to CRMS and were all set with our plan. Then, we needed to make a couple changes. We needed an additional delivery location and to tow an automobile. Rich worked with us to get those needs met and kept it affordable. On move day, Rich and Cameron did an outstanding job loading the truck and wrapping our furniture with care. When we were unloaded (out of state) our belongings and auto were in perfect condition. Noah and Cameron were awesome and got everything placed in our new home & storage unit. I highly recommend Castle Rock Moving Services for their professionalism and fair pricing. Moreover the communication was excellent - Rich kept us informed from quote to delivery. Everything went off without a hitch. Thank you, Rich, Cameron and Noah for an exceptional job!!! read more

Rich came to give an estimate on a Sunday (the day he returned to town!) along with one of his guys Cameron (nice young man) and quickly made an evaluation for my Mothers move. We came to the determination that the next day would work at 10 a.m. They came out the next day as promised, arrived 10 minutes early (good sign) and got straight to work. They were efficient and handled all of her things with care. They were done a little earlier than expected and her cost was at the lower end of the estimate which was great for her! I would highly recommend Rich and his guys to everyone I know. They are a great company to work with when planning a move especially local which was our experience and I can't imagine they would be any different to work with on a long distance job. read more
