I am very frustrated and disappointed with this cleaning service. Based on other reviews I was expecting better. The filth left in my cabinets and drawers in both kitchen and master bath was ridiculous. Obvious neither were even touched by a cleaning product. I DO NOT recommend them! Note: It's not that my cabinets were cleaned poorly it's that they weren't cleaned At All. I paid a lot of money to have my cabinets clean. The poorly cleaned baseboards does not make up for NOT getting the service I paid for. What makes up for that is a refund. read more

We rented a house sight unseen (ya I know some may cringe but when you are renting in the $2,500/mo range your expectations are a bit higher than say a $500/mo apartment) and when we arrived it was not very clean. Sure the landlord had steam cleaned, etc but the overall cleanliness was not up to our standard. There was toothpaste on the mirrors, dirty baseboards and light switches, etc. Sarklean was quick to respond and was able to get in and clean in our limited window (we wanted to unpack)! The two girls were at the house for 7 hours and deep a very good job of getting the house where it should have been when we moved in. We are having them back in March for a standard clean and I am sure we will be pleased. read more

I hired them for a "deep cleaning" and unfortunately they fell short. :-( I think I got more of a "regular cleaning" for $250. Two girls arrived; and they seemed professional & friendly. Once they got the upstairs done, I went up to review the work and they left a lot untouched - lamps, my office desk, blinds, window sills and the top of the shower (tiles). I told Amber about it, she did a great job in following up. I checked the downstairs, it looked MUCH better - or so I thought. I asked the other gal if she wiped down the bottles on top of the kitchen cabinets, she said yes when it should've been a NO. The owner, Mandy, came out HERSELF the next day to finish the job, which I thought was awesome and pretty stoked about! She got rid of this gunk on our handrails, mopped our floors properly and got to those bottles in the kitchen. But after she left, I realized the other girls forgot more things - never wiped down the light switches and didn't wipe down our dining room chairs (although they wiped down the table). I hate having to follow cleaning services around - which apparently I should've done with these girls......... *Sigh* Maybe this was an 'off' day considering they have high reviews on Angies List & Home Advisor?? I won't be calling them again - I can spend MUCH LESS on a regular cleaning with another company. :-( read more

I can't believe anyone would give Mandy less than five stars! We had a "rush/urgent" move out situation and the owner came again, herself, with a crew to get the job done in time. The house we were leaving was nearly trashed and Mandy and her crew actually got our property management company to say, "Wow - this was one of the cleanest properties a tenant has ever left us." Little did they know how it looked three days before Mandy arrived... she bagged up ROOMS full of trash, came in herself, and the house looked *darn good* when they were done. I liked her service so much I hired her to do bi-monthly cleanings on the new house we bought. read more

I cannot say how pleased I am with the service I received. I had them come out to clean our windows and not only did they clean the windows they cleaned the window tracks and screens and vacuumed all the dead flies on the sills. I will definitely use Sparklean again. read more

I hired Sparklean to come clean up after major home renovations. We had gutted the entire kitchen and replaced everything and put all new tile flooring in most of the main living area of the house. I needed help with wiping out all of the new cabinets and cleaning the remains of the grout haze from the tile along with wiping down walls, railings and such. I'd explained all of this when I set up the appointment. Two ladies from Sparklean came and were here for about 2 1/2 hours. In some areas, they did a fantastic job and in others, they completely missed everything. For example, they did a pretty good job on the floor, but never touched the railing on the stairs. I could still write my name in the dust. They wiped out most of the kitchen cabinets, but there were some drawers and lower cabinets that hadn't been touched at all. I could write my name in the dust inside them. In the one bathroom I had them clean, they did a good job of wiping the vanity, toilet, tub and mirror, but the towel bars were still covered with grime. Some of the baseboards and trim were wiped, some wasn't touched. I contacted Mandy and she came herself the next day to take care of everything her crew missed. It was all just fine once she was done. I appreciated her personal attention, although she should not have had to come a second time. A properly trained crew would have done a good job the first time. Yes, I would recommend Sparklean, but with the disclaimer that this happened to us. I've seen some other reviewers saying basically the same thing, so it wasn't a fluke. Mandy is truly wonderful and does a fantastic job. Her crews could use a bit more training. read more
