This salon has it all - the best technicians and the best customer service. The atmosphere is always welcoming. Vangie always greats the customers with a smile. I get compliments on my nails regularly and I never feel like I'm being mistreated. She did not even use a drill to smooth the layers of dip & I had to request the top coat be redone 3 times before it was even remotely smooth. Also, entire process took 1 hour & 45 minutes. Top coat started chipping 5 days after appointment. If they can't do dip, they should not book the appointment. Go elsewhere if you need dip!

At this salon, however, the massage only went up to mid-calf, and there was no exfoliation or heel care included at this level. When I asked about it, I was told that heel exfoliation is only included with the highest-tier pedicure. I have never had my fingers sliced open and cuticles nicked as bad as this. I sat in my car and cried for 10 mins after my appointment and came home and cried on my couch in pain for another 20 mins.
