I was asked if I had an appointment, and I told her I did, for a haircut. She escorted me to the back area of the business. It, too, was very nice. A lovely Indian lady (I found out while I was there) greeted me and made me feel very welcome. She asked me if I had an idea what I wanted my hair to look like, and I showed her a picture I had saved of a cut I liked. She assured me we could start working on it today, and in a few months we could achieve the exact cut. She went right to work, and we visited and shared some things about ourselves that we have in common. In almost no time, it seemed like, she had my hair looking very close to the picture I had showed her. I'm very happy with the results, and I will see you in 3 weeks, Bushra! I can't wait to go back! For some reason, everything felt extremely rushed from the beginning. The shaping of my nails was noticeably uneven and completely off, yet she was already ready to move on and apply the color. I had to stop her because I wasn't comfortable continuing when the shape wasn't even right. I ended up leaving without finishing my nails, and now I have to take additional time out of my day to go somewhere else to have them fixed and finished. I understand salons get busy, but when someone is paying for a service, they shouldn't feel like the appointment is being rushed just to get them out of the chair. Unfortunately, today's experience was very disappointing, especially because I've been here before and expected better.
