It's clean and neat which alone makes it a decent place to shop. We've all been in dumpy adult retail places, but Castle Megastore seems to try to make the atmosphere nice. It is not as nice as Fascinations, but it is still not bad. Well lit, open and with plenty of space. There's a weird dude that works there and while its nice they want to be helpful, it should only be if people ask for their help. Approaching customers more than once is not necessary and the attempt at humor is . . . well . . . not funny. read more

I was once afraid to mention all that's good here. Let me tell you that you will find nothing but good assistance here. Their selection has beyond all your desires and you can look even sexier. I came in planning on buying something in secret but today I want to share my experience. I was helped by the wonderful Mary, she will help you make the right decision for the tool you need. She's there to help you grow in learning yourself as well. No matter the cost the value comes in their service. I'm still on the fence between splurging for myself or sharing a good time with someone. Everyone one of their staff were kind and helped me with purchases in the past. When I return I'll be picking up the arc waves. Please come have an experience here and in the bedroom! read more

Castle Megastore - Womanizer and we vibe chorus. - Adult Shops Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Great service and a wide variety of toys and clothing. Staff is very knowledgeable and they make it comfortable to browse and ask questions

As an "elderly" consumer, I was hesitant about approaching a salesperson but knew I could never find anything in this huge store by myself. A lovely woman named Abby smiled and approached me, offering to help. She took me directly to the item I was seeking, explained its features. I chose the model and made my purchase while visiting with Abby and her male counterpart up front. It was a very pleasant experience. read more

I usually come in and see Mary but learned that she transferred to a new location! But Joshua helped my partner and I tonight. He is phenomenal! He helped my other half and I with what we were looking for. He explained the deals that were going on in the store to us and felt like he was the only one reaching out to people to help customers. My other half doesn't like to spend a lot of money but he did a great job promoting a product that was over $300+ (which was great because it's hard to convince my husband to buy things for that much) he was VERY knowledgeable and would definitely come back to see him when I go to that location. Keep him around he is GREAT!!! Great customer service as well! read more

They have a good selection of stuff. However the employees acted very weird towards my friend and I, as we're talking this older woman approaches and barks "you know you're in the men's section right?" Then I minute later "these are plus size over here!" Without ever even asking me what I'm looking for. It was really rude and made me super uncomfortable. The price of their lingerie is way too high since you can tell it comes from china. I mean they literally have the original SHEIN tags cut out of them. read more

Service is always good and they always have cute little outfits among other fun items.

My first time coming here and I'm amazed by the selections they have for lingerie and toys! They have the best prices on items and perfect quality! I didn't expect to get much as I arrived 10 minutes before closing but the staff was welcoming and didn't rush me and helped me find what I was looking for! Signed up and definitely will be back, bye bye fascinations! read more

Ive been here multiple times. The staff is always pretty rude. But the last time I went will be my final visit. I was essentially accused of stealing while wearing yoga pants and carrying a fanny pack lol. I was gathering bachelorette items but they approached me TWICE and told me it was "store policy" that I could not hold my items as I shopped. Apparently it is also "store policy" not to take photos inside. No signage was posted about these policies and all the other shoppers were left undisturbed! This is the second time here that I felt I was being accused of stealing. Unfortunately, I was a paying customer. I've purchased from here before but never again. Losers. read more

Of all the Castle locations in the valley, I like this one the most. I believe it's also their largest store here too. I've visited with female company and by myself. While having a fun friend go with you has its own obvious differences, my experiences have been consistent with either situation. I would like to point out that visiting an adult store as a male is much like going to Ross or. Nordstrom Rack. The entire store is essentially for women while guys have one or two lonely racks or isles in this case. Just a funny observation. The staff is always pleasant and more often than not they go out of their way to assist when needed. During this covid scare they are wearing masks and gloves and masks are required for customers. My only complaint would be their DVD section is organized by inconsistent genres or production companies. They kinda jump all over and the staff should spend more time keeping it organized as some idiot customers don't put movies back where they belong. I've had some fun NC-17 moments there both inside and outside, but nothing that would put them at risk or anything. read more

I love coming to this store. They are always so helpful with helping me get what I need and quickly without judgment. Thank you!

I had a great experience here, first time. Very open store, easy to find sections, and amazing help. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks Toni! :) read more

Wow!!! What a fun place!! My friend and I were there for almost two hours!!! Let's put it this way, this place is like Adult Disney World! Stopped in on my way home tonight completely exhausted, and in no mood to shop. They didn't have exactly the lingerie I was looking for and I was ready to give up and throw myself a pity party when Danielle came to the rescue. She'd actually been helping me since I arrived, but she really went the extra mile. Danielle made what probably would have been a hair pulling experience (not in the good way) actually enjoyable. I left in a better mood than I arrived and with lingerie that I'm really happy with. Excellent customer service! read more

Castle Mega store is quite a mega-store. The factory type set-up makes everything seem too spaced out and it doesn't do the merchandise justice. Usually these type of novelty shops are smaller, and you can slowly move through the aisles checking out all the treats but because of the size of this store, it makes the experience a lot less intimate. I'll give it to them, they have a wide selection, although they didn't have the specific item I was looking for. They found a decent substitute, and the staff was helpful in this endeavor. Prices seem on par with other places carrying such items. If you are looking for something and a bit clueless about what it is you need, this store may be just a bit overwhelming but you'll eventually find your way... read more

Castle charged my debit card for an incorrect amount. That was on December 6, 2019. Although they took my money at the time as if it was a cash transaction, the refund they said would take 3 to 10 calendar days. Still no refund; the clerk working at the time acted like she didn't know what she was doing. I should have received a cash refund, as this was a debit transaction. Horrible customer care and service. Lowest rating possible. I can't believe I had to file a dispute with my card company on a refund they should have issued at the point of sale: Thank you! Lube, Batteries and Lingerie OH MY! Castle is closer than Fascinations to my house and I find their prices to be the same if not slightly cheaper. Their selection is larger in some areas, in others like the 50 shades area it is somewhat lacking. Hands down the best part about stores like this are A) The people that work there, usually and as has been my experience here they are chill and knowledgeable about their products. B) The people who come in and either act shifty...eww get out, or the girls who JUST turned legal and fall all over themselves giggling at the first giant dildo they see. Certainly give this place a shot who knows it could make your Saturday night awesome (Even if you are alone LOL) read more

um if you're young & are of colored skin simply don't come here, if i could give them 0 i honestly would just at the fact that they treated us like criminals & totally felt profiled which is so messed up, i ve been to another location called groove & never did they treat me the way these people did. they non stopped followed us around the store like could i pls shop & have fun with my fiance? constantly asking if we need help and what we're looking for when we they came up to us like 8 times in less then 30 mins, not to mention the male manager and the lady with short blue hair were the main ones watching us and following us there was many other people in the store with more things & you only ask us to take our stuff to the front...i was so upset that i didn't want to buy the things anymore but i felt embarrassed i honestly want a refund i m honestly so annoyed and disappointed, i felt racially profiled on so many levels this ruined the whole mood for the night i will make sure i follow a bigger complaint. read more

I made a yelp account just to say how great this place is. I came in last week to buy a new vibrator and I was totally blown away by the variety they offered. I was greeted by staff asking me if I had any questions and left me to browse when I said I wanted to look around a bit. When you walk in, there is a large wall with display models to your left that has most of the store's vibrators available for you to turn on and get a feel for. This is excellent, since you can judge yourself how strong or quiet the motors can go and what you would be comfortable with. A lot of the reviews say how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is, and they're completely right. The woman who greeted me before helped me make a decision on a vibrator I was interested in and even recommended a good toy cleaner. The prices there are very reasonable. Sure, you can buy a lot of the stuff online cheaper, but here you know exactly what you're getting short of test driving it in-store. They have a great selection from all sorts of toys to clothes to oils and lubes with lots and lots of display models to handle. If you're a little apprehensive to check it out, just know that the staff is very respectful and happy to help you. It's great for first timers with questions to those who know exactly what they want. I'm really happy with my purchase and definitely will be heading back there again. read more

I came into this location last night looking for some cute lingerie. I was greeted by one of the sales associates who was actually very friendly. One of the males, who I learned was the store manager, asked probably every 5 minutes if I was finding everything okay. A little excessive, but I work retail, so I get it. I picked myself out an outfit and read the return policy so I could be sure I could return it if it didn't fit since I don't like trying those kinds of things on in store. Sure enough, the hand written sizing was wrong on the tag and I couldn't even get it past my thighs. I immediately threw it back in the bag and attempted to return it today WITH A RECEIPT. The woman who helped me was immediately short with me, stating the tag fell off and she can't help me. I told her what happened and she became rude, stating there was "hair" on the outfit (therand she can't guarantee that it wasn't worn - and that they offer fitting rooms for a reason. I asked for the store manager, who was who checked me out last night, and she replied "well I'm the assistant store manager, and we can't help you." Well, after spending $150 in this particular location, and not even being given the time of day to get assistance when I had the necessary requirements to fit their return policy - I won't be returning to this location or spending a dime here in the future. Customer service is big and if you help your customers they help you. Customer service is obviously not important to this location or the management team here. read more

Vibrators, Plugs, and Beads O MY....so many toys don't know what to do with myself :) Ok this store is way bigger than Fascinations, BUT its spaced out so inventory wise I don't know. Well since moving over to bell and the 17 from avondale, I thought I would check out this so called megastore. Believe it or not my honey didn't own any porn. I mean I own porn. Gifts. I don't think I'd buy them for myself, not really my thing. It's not so much a turn on, but a fascination. Really with what those girls can do and how badly the acting is. I went and bought him some love dvds and wow did they have a selection. I was the only girl in there, think I made some guys uncomfortable since whenever I walked past one they would quickly put the porn down and look around non chalantly :) I even got myself a little present. One complaint. I wish they had more lingerie. read more

Just visited this shop as we're from out of town and I was trying to get my friend to show me what she wanted for her birthday. We walked in and decided to just try to see everything. They have a large selection and pretty much anything you need or want or are curious about is there. Which is cool, but the employees were frustrating. Every 5 minutes we were asked if we needed help. Literally asked if we needed help 8 or 9 times and mostly from the same person. My friend is the type who gets giggly with this kind of stuff, so I guess they either thought we were punk kids or really unknowledgeable. Every time we stopped to touch or pick something up an employee would ask us if we needed help. Actually it was the same kid. He did not smile. He did not ask anything other than "do you need help?" With a somber irritated look and then walked away. Totally put me off to ANYTHING. One because we're ladies shopping, two I like to look and if I have a question I'll ask, and thee he was so unpleasant and unfriendly and uninviting in any way. I would describe him as Orin from Parks and Rec. I've been to other stores where the staff is much more helpful and would pull out an item for you to touch or at least ask what you're shopping for so they can guide you in the right direction. 15 minutes into our shopping adventure everyone else had left the store and the staff of 6 or 7 were all within 20ft of us following us around like we were gonna break something or steal. By that point I was pissed and just wanted to leave, so we did without buying anything. 3 stars for product inventory. Minus 2 stars for staff. read more

This place has a huge amount of merch, including some awesome shoes I picked up for an outfit, but the store itself needs to be reorganized. Not only that, but the prices are astronomical.
