I've been to Fascinations before and was pretty impressed. My husband had recently been here to get our anniversary gift and was really happy with this place. He took me to this store this past weekend to show me and I was REALLY impressed with this store. On one end they have their lingerie/costumes and on the other is all their toys/lube/videos/etc.Their movie selection is HUGE and they have plenty to choose from. I also love that their toys are out on display so you can actually take them and "play" around with them(like the different settings) to see if it will be something that you want. At other stores you kind of have to take a chance with what you buy. Also helps that the staff are pretty knowledgeable with their products and gladly answer any questions that you may have. I had a great experience. I believe it was last thursday when I went to castle. It was around 1130 pm and this one associate was super nice she asked me if she could put any of my items at the counter because she saw my hands were getting full. When you pull up to a giant castle that can be seen from the highway and walk in thur the automatic wooden like doors to a giant store, you go in expecting something awesome, then you get further inside. This is when I realized this store was way to big for the selection it housed. Not only was everything so spread out and spaced apart, that it made the store look empty, but the music was so loud i couldn't hear myself think. I know that this is not the standard for Castle. I have been in to other Castle location like the one near Metrocenter Mall. The outside may not be the most appealing but the staff always greets you with a friendly hello and a helpful hand. I was mortified. I went to this castle because we were in the area. We've been to 2 different castle megastores in the past as well as 3 different fascinations, so I know the typical behavior and standard of really good sex shops. This one had a lady who literally smelled like poop. I was standing next to her and the smell hit me and I just wanted to leave. This same lady was talking to my husband about the wand vibrators and was completely inappropriate. First time ever visiting this store, and what an AMAZING experience! The staff was extremely helpful, they didn't hover over me or make me feel uncomfortable at all. I want to say this store is always clean and attractive looking. Things are always easy to find. For the size of the store, I am impressed by their selection of toys. As for the movies their chubby and bi selection is poor and limited. When my wife or I stop in it is typically in the evenings. The staff is usually pretty friendly and knowledgeable. Recently though I had heard a couple of employees talking to one another about how their sales were better than the other employees that work there. I have worked in retail and sales always depending on commission, and was taught that these things are not professional to discuss on the sales floor, and most definitely not in front of customers. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes it uneasy about asking for help. All in all I do like Castle Megastore, and will continue to shop there. read more

I visited this location on 3/29/2014 with 2 of my girlfriends in hopes of helping one of them find something sassy for her bf. We were promptly greeted and offered assistance, declined help, and then went about our business. We started browsing the lingerie section, found a few items, and headed to the dressings room. We were then approached by a male associate who rudely and condisendingly told us that we did not have permission to be using the dressing rooms. He proceeded to lecture us about using said dressing rooms. The area was open, and one room readily available. We told him that there was no one in sight to let us into the dressing rooms, so we took it upon ourselves to try on our items. He then continued to lecture us. We then proceeded to check out and were told it would be 10 min before we would check out due to a shift change. We placed our items on the counter and then left. Won't be returning to this store.
