This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around." She gave me the best price up front and it was one that can't be beat. She had every timing set from cabinet design, order to delivery and countertop measurements and install. Any questions we had, he always had the answers in a kind and timely manner. Dave was our main point of contact once work started, and he was amazing. Super knowledgeable, understanding, cognizant of our needs and communicated with us about everything. We were never in the dark. We always knew what was going on and what our timeline was. They work incredibly fast and the work itself is beautiful. Beth, who runs the office/takes care of the paperwork/deals with the town is a literal angel. Such a pleasure to work with and she went above and beyond in terms of scheduling each subcontractor, inspection, and making sure all of our paperwork was in order. She's also just so nice!! We are so beyond thankful to everyone on the team - they were so respectful of our home and always fielded our billions of questions. The width which he requested from me is correct - Phillip "the professional" never requested any info on the saddle Now Philip wants me to pay more money for a larger door to fit the additional inch that is needed to install the door on the inside edge of the saddle where it will fit according to the installer. And wants me to wait another 2 weeks He refuses to refund my money, citing contracts and potential lawsuits and refuses to even split the $300 difference on the cost of the slightly larger door. Bullies, Poor customer support, poor logistics and rude staff! Save your money and go to Lowe's where they stand by their products
