The salesman and manager were awesome, the atmosphere was quiet and stress free .. until the F&I guy opened his mouth and brought this 5 star review down to a 3. I understand most finance people think they are the smartest people in the room but, seriously, your not. He was rude and egotistical and really ruined a great experience. In all honestly though .. I would come back here, they have a great inventory of vehicles and they are competitively priced. but it would be on one condition.. I'll pay cash. They said it was I drove 5 minutes to their lot and was told when I arrived that the car just sold. Then a month later when I was still looking for a car the same car came up. I checked the vin Number in the add and it was the same car. I called again and was told it was available so I drove the 5 minutes to the lot and was again told the car just sold. I asked to speak to the manager and asked him to take down the old advertising since the advertising was deceptive and waisting peoples time. The manager said "Kick dirt". I must say, I was very apprehensive of buying a car during this inventory shortage because of covid, and prices are sky high on the little inventory that is out there. This lot had the closest to what car I wanted AND was priced fairly. I worked with them over several days (due to my restricting schedule) which I know can be a pain in the ass from a sales perspective. But the finance manager, Juan worked his ass off to make sure the numbers worked for me while including the add ons (service contract, gap, etc) that I wanted. These guys are transparent, but also take care of business. Highly recommend. Bonus shoutouts! 1. In my line of work, I deal with making sure car titles are sent to leinholders, and there is proof of registration. I know there is a backlog with the DMV (covid) right now, but a lot of dealers use this as an excuse to not get this done in a timely manner. I've gotten many cars from dealers before, and have never gotten my plates in so quickly. They were mailed to me from the dealer in about 2 and a half weeks after purchase. 2. There was only 1 key initially. It was never promised or put on we-owe or anything like that, but the sales person thought there was an additional key. I brushed it off and was never expecting anything since it was sold as is with 1 key, but to my surprise they mailed me a 2nd key a few weeks later. read more

Have a purchased from this business? No. But I am a neighbor of this business and I am disgusted and sleep deprived because of their loud speaker alarm that goes off all night, starting at 10:15 pm. I have called the business. The owner was not too helpful or concerned about his sleeping neighbors. I called the cops. they told me that they haven't personally heard it but they did go down to the business and also talk to the owner. And yet, last night it went off 15 times. Can't recommend. The salesperson we worked with seemed cheery at first and was eager to chat us up and sing the praises of the car. We went for a test drive, thumbs up, and the took the car to a reputable mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. After a thorough inspection the mechanic showed us evidence that the car had been in some sort of fender bender and then repaired and given new coat of paint; he also pointed out about $2000 of outstanding issues. When we brought this back to the salesperson his tune quickly changed and things got ugly. He started arguing with us, then talking to us as if we were children, then stalling as we asked questions about the car's very high mileage (126K on a 2018 model), previous owners and the how the car had mysteriously racked up an additional 2,000 miles since being in the dealership's possession for only a week. Despite all this, they refused to negotiate and didn't even ask us for a counter offer; as soon as we said we would not accept the sticker price the guy literally turned his back to us and walked away. It was all very bizarre and off putting. Side note: only 1 person out of maybe 7 in the office was wearing a mask. read more

I had a bad time here. I drove an hour and a half because they had a vehicle I was interested in. For the most part it was a good truck but it definitely needed new tires and possibly new shocks. When I brought this up based on the price the sales guy brought me a car fax showing the service record and a car fax to give me a quote for my trade in. But to give me a value for the truck he showed me KBB. Seemed shady. My opinion. I was there for two hours and couldn't leave because while they were trying to work numbers to get me a "fair price" they held on to my key. BUYER BEWARE! I bought a 2012 ford F250 from this dealership and they completely scammed me! I bought it online after seeing it on Craigslist. Alfredo, their sales representative sent me a video and showed me a clean Carfax. He said it had been thoroughly inspected by their mechanics and was a great truck with low miles. I purchased it and had it shipped to Idaho where I was living at the time. When it arrived, their delivery driver tried to charge me more than we agreed to and would not take it off the truck until I paid it. After arguing with him and his boss for an hour they backed down and unloaded it. As soon as I saw it in person I knew there was something wrong with it. It had an incredible amount of rust up under it they had spray painted black to look good for the video. They spray in bed liner was not a bed liner at all. It was black matte spray paint you could scratch off with your finger. All of the windows were scratched like someone took a belt sander to them. There was rust up under the dashboard and under the seats and an after market carpet had been installed to cover up the original floor that was encased in mud. As I drove it home the check engine light popped on because they reset it before shipping it to me. It would not take more than 2 gallons of gas because the carbon vapor canister was completely filled with mud. The engine died while driving down the road for no apparent reason and then wouldn't restart. I took the truck to the ford dealership and the first thing they said was "This vehicle has been in a flood." So, I contacted George, the manager at Castle Auto and told him about the truck being a flooded vehicle and that I wanted my money back. He said he would call the ford dealership and get to the bottom of it. He never did and the truck has been in the shop for 2 months. He won't return my calls now. The electrical system is all messed up and they cannot figure out how to fix it. The ford dealership also figured out that it has a diesel exhaust system on a gas powered engine and this is why there are many exhaust related computer diagnostic trouble codes from the check engine light. The pictures they advertised as the truck I was purchasing were not even the truck that they sold me. I paid for this vehicle in full before it was delivered to me and they told me the title was being mailed to me. After the vehicle was in my possession I received a call from the finance manager that he wanted me to sign all of the as is sale disclosures and refused to send me my title if I did not sign the buyers agreement. I had two choices. One I sell it to an individual and explain what is wrong with the vehicle and take a $15k loss or trade it in to the dealership that worked on it and take a huge loss. I traded it in and lost $15k for a truck I never drove and was in the shop the entire time I owned it. Do not buy anything from these people. They are liars, with deceptive practices and do not care what so ever about their customer. All they want is to make a quick dollar. read more

We rode the bus from Portland to Seattle. Jesus took an hour round trip and picked us up, took care if us and even bought us donuts! Totally cool, professional, wonderful guy. Simply amazed he's a car salesman! Lol. Still SMH over his awesome service. Additionally, he found a small issue with the car and wouldn't let us go....he got the part from a local parts place and had it installed while we ate lunch. Well we are in the search for a truck and got excited that this place had a few options for us. We took the hour and a half drive and checked it out. We didn't even have to look at each truck for more than 30 seconds before we turned our backs and ran. The first truck was obviously poof canned to cover up spots. The second truck was sprayed all underneath. Looking for a truck that was 20k before Covid and if I'm going to pay "inflation" prices now, I'm definitely going to be somewhat picky. Jeffery Wiediger sold me a 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV. VIN#1GYFK66837R184466. I paid cash and had it delivered. I completely relied on Jeffery's word as to the condition of the car. Jeffery told me the carfax had no accidents reported that it had minor damage probably due to a shopping cart. I verified with Jeffery that what he was saying was the carfax indeed did not say accident! Jeffery assured me nothing like that and how he would never lie about the condition of the car. How he relies so much on being honest with his customers. LIES! Car broke down day two with history codes. Meaning they had been erased. They had the audacity to blame me! The GM was not going to fix the car. He was extremely manipulative, abusive and smug through the entire process. I felt helpless. For the three weeks I owned the car they had it for 2 1/2 weeks fixing it. They did not give me a loaner. Day two on return it had codes again. They told me it was my responsibility and that it was called ownership. I have text that prove these nasty responses. Alfonzo/Alfredo One of them along with another man forced me to sign a Due Bill calling it a contract releasing any responsibility they had to fix the car. They kept my keys hidden the entire time until I would sign. They also left me with a quarter tank gas to get home after the GM telling me he would make sure it was filled for me. Also back to Jeffery and the accidents I got suspicious, do to all the problems I was having so I looked up the carfax. Turns out this car had been in 3 accidents in 3 different years. I also learned the car had been on their lot for 244 days before I bought it. They were well aware of the problems it had. When I finally got them to come pick up the car they manipulated me into buying, the driver stole my code reader out of the car and put it in his other drivers car. I have them on my nest camera doing it! I have bought over 10 cars from dealers and this place by far was the worst experience I have every had. If you happen to get a car that last a few good years from them I can see why they have such good reviews. They are smooth at what they do and will make you feel as thought they care... HOWEVER if you ever have a problem they will manipulate, con, abuse any way possible to get out of the wrong doing they have done to you. The car is also back up for sale. Best experience I've ever had with a dealership and a car salesman. My sister had been in the process of buying a car here about a month ago, and took me along to help and see for myself what a great guy her salesman was. I went, and instantly hit it off with her salesman named Jesus. Super friendly, thoughtful, loves cars, and just a super trustworthy kind of guy. Two weeks later I went back and there was a model of car there that I was already interested in, but this one was super clean, in amazing condition, at a great price. I drove it and fell in love. Jesus didn't pressure me at all. I took a couple of days to decide for sure, and went back to get it last Friday, and I'm so happy I did. Everybody there helped make the process easy and enjoyable. Would not recommend this dealership, they are nice and friendly on the surface same as their vehicles. Thought I had finally found a dealership that was about being honest for once. I bought a truck that looked perfect on the surface, about a week later there was a couple thousand dollars of repair that was needed, multiple locations that were covered in rust but were just spray painted over, transmission shifts hard after long drives the list can go on. The worst part of all the vehicle I bought was hit in two different location and was never reported. I tried having them help with the repairs or even talk to me about it, but I was ignored and put off and constantly told I would be called back, that never happened. This is a shady dealership and I constantly tell people to stay away, I have even told local mechanics in the area to spread the word and keep people away from this place! Nope. Don't do it. I'll start by saying that the purchase experience was great. Wilbert was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We test drove the truck, made an offer and walked out all within a short period of time. The issue was post-sale. We drove the truck home and less than 100 miles and 2 weeks later, the truck broke down on the side of the road. We had it towed to our automative garage of choice only to find the alternator was blown as were several fuses, costing us an additional $1,000. I called Castle three times. The first time I was hung up on due to an alarm in the building and promised a call back. The second, I was told I would receive a call from the finance person. And the third time, same thing...no call back ever. I get that we purchased this "As Is", but come on...Castle had told us they did a 182 point inspection and the car was clean. I don't expect not to have issues on a 2006, but I do expect them to at least return my call and meet me in the middle on this one. We own three trucks in our family, and will be purchasing a 4th in the next year. Nope, not gonna go back to Castle. Prefer to work with folks that keep their word. read more

Don't go to Castle Auto sales as they are very dishonest and will try and pull a bait and switch move on you. I was told a price for a car I wanted to buy in writing by a text message but that changed after I liked the car and agreed to buy it. I test drove it and loved the car and agreed to pay the price they texted me. The owner of the car lot that was their didn't want to sell it to me for that price anymore. They never even gave me a price they would sell to me for because they needed to talk to the other owner in a different state. I get a text from the sales person later that day after they talked to the other owner and the price went up almost $3000 more than what they told me I could buy it for. This is very dishonest to bait and switch someone and get them to drive over an hour to come buy the car and then not sell it to them but try to get them up on price.
