This new space is for a hot tub we have on order. The new patio is next to an existing patio where our fire pit is located, and we wanted it to match with the same stone. Some issues needed fixing: -water main leaked twice (one during digging and again after pouring) -tear-off expansion board incorrectly installed (not flat along some walls causing pour to be wavy, and not level with pour so I couldn't tear-off and sikacaulk.. had to do some tedious cutting first) -turf started growing weeds and grass along edges because weed barrier wasn't installed deep enough (recommend turf caulk along edges during installation) -damaged some plants during digging -ordered excess concrete mix so we overpaid Just need to be more careful throughout the project and most of these can be avoided. Still highly recommend Francisco!
