Endincott Gardens is truly one of the most special places on the Southern Oregon Coast. This…read morecharming bed and breakfast and spa is absolutely breathtaking, with some of the most beautiful and impeccably maintained gardens I've ever experienced. My family and I have attended several of their tea and brunch events, and every single visit has been exceptional. The service is top-tier--thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Kim and Wess, the wonderful couple who run Endincott Gardens, pour so much care and love into everything they do. Every dish is handmade and absolutely delicious--easily some of the best food in the county. Beyond the incredible food and setting, the atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and truly restorative. You can feel how much they value their guests and the experience they create. As a local resident, I'm especially grateful that Kim and Wess open their space to the community for events and spa services, even for those of us who aren't staying at the B&B. That generosity makes them true treasures to Gold Beach. We are already looking forward to our next visit--and are eagerly hoping their future dinner offerings become a reality! Endincott Gardens is a gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Breakfast was amazing concoctions. The owners were super nice and welcoming, very communicative. The wife does facials and makes her own skin care products. A little off the beaten path. I would recommend going more toward summer. The April gardens left a lot to be desired.

My room was generally pretty clean, but some of the other folks in our group noticed some areas that could be cleaner. My bathtub faucet had a weird leak which was challenging. The sound proofing was limited, so I'd recommend staying on the top floor if you are noise sensitive. Would be happy to stay here again sometime!

No jetted tubs!!!! So their pictures clearly show a jetted…read moretub but the jets don't work so they call it a soaker. I specifically booked this place for a jetted tub so was disappointed and on top of that the room was dirty. The hotel was able to move me to a room on the third floor. Very nice view and was a little cleaner than the first room. The room I first booked was a king bed with a "soaker" broke down jetted tub, room 501 which is also right next to the laundry room and on the bottom floor. Pictures show the gross marks and hair all over the lounger. My second room was 329 on the third floor with a king bed. The view was amazing and the location is steps away from the beach. The management needs to give more time to the cleaners and once a month they should lint roll the furniture and wipe off the marks. Also dusting is very much needed in the rooms. Overall the place is run down and not clean. Its pricey. I paid $178 for one night and thats with a BestWestern Diamond member discount. Lots of damage in rooms and not clean so be-aware if you have small kids. Also note that there are only wall heaters, they are very hot to the touch and do take time to heat the room. I did not see or use the ac since I visited in April. The only saving grace is the location and views on the third floor.

We paid $85 a night for a king size bed on a weeknight in July. If we'd paid $41 for the room, like…read moreI see people were paying a year ago, then I'd rate this higher than one star. But it's totally not worth 85 a night. PROS: Nice newer laminate floor Heater works quickly Hot water in bath Handy parking Free ice Nice owner CONS: Mold thick in the window sills, around the shower Dirty room Thin walls allow all sounds to come in, road, conversations, etc, be careful what you say Horrible lumpy hard bed Worn out pillows No breakfast of any sort Free coffee was bad Wifi never worked No AC Prison grade toilet paper Creepy guys sitting around watching you in the parking lot Comically bad build quality Security cameras EVERYWHERE! (Guess they need to watch the creepy guys) Beat up furniture Curtain appeared to be some sort of wetsuit material, hung on electrical conduit rod screwed into a plumbing connection $41 bucks a night? Sure, if you're okay with the downsides, and don't mind endless road noise and neighboring room conversations. $85 bucks a night? Ha ha, you're kidding, right?

It was cheap -- $39 -- and we figured a place to stay in a strange place is a gamble anyway, may as well go cheap. We held our breath on the way there, hoping we hadn't just booked a really scuzzy room. When we arrived, Terry checked us in and said he'd upgraded us to a better King sized room for an extra $6. He was really sweet so we paid it and checked in. Wow, were we surprised! A very cute and clean room with a small table and two chairs, a flat screen TV and dresser, a microwave and refrigerator and a sink outside the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the linens were completely fine and the bathroom was clean! Good shower pressure, clean towels, newish carpet, a heater that worked in lightning speed and a parking space right outside. We kind of loved Motel 101 and will definitely be back.
