At the time of this writing, it's only a little over a year old. Very upscale looking and classy, with works of art throughout the loft. You'll find a bamboo floor and a large, comfy couch. At your disposal, you have a flat screen television with cable, mini-fridge, coffee maker (fresh coffee, tea, cider, nuts, etc are provided), iPod dock, free Wifi, king-sized bed, gas fireplace, walk-in, stone shower, large soaking tub, and one of the most gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean on the coast. You can have wine and food delivered to the Loft from the restaurant below or go down for a bite. The only downside is that you may find music soaking through the floor of the Loft from the restaurant below. Also, I would have liked a microwave in the room. Port Orford is a small town with an over-priced grocery store (Ray's Foods) and restaurants that tend to open and close at a whim. Nice place for an Oregon coast stay.

We held our breath on the way there, hoping we hadn't just booked a really scuzzy room. When we arrived, Terry checked us in and said he'd upgraded us to a better King sized room for an extra $6. He was really sweet so we paid it and checked in. Wow, were we surprised! A very cute and clean room with a small table and two chairs, a flat screen TV and dresser, a microwave and refrigerator and a sink outside the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the linens were completely fine and the bathroom was clean! Good shower pressure, clean towels, newish carpet, a heater that worked in lightning speed and a parking space right outside. We kind of loved Motel 101 and will definitely be back.

We loved staying at this park, the only reason I deducted a star is no WiFi, from our spot anyway…read more We chose it because it was close to Jerry's Jet Boat rides, only a 5 minute electric scooter ride, and right next to the beach. We didn't seem to have WIFI, but we have excellent 5G Verizon service so we could stream from our phones. The managers are so friendly and helpful, our Motorhome with trailer was too big for the pull through spot I had reserved, so they figured out another spot for us. Then the gentleman even took my husband to see the site, with its new blacktop pad, ahead of time in their cart, to make sure he was happy with it, and helped us back our trailer in and disconnect. The small airport between the campground and town works as a great buffer for any road noise from hwy 101 and only a few planes landed and took off in the 4 days we were there, providing a little extra interest. We purchased ice at their store for a much more reasonable price than local places too. We will choose to stay here again in the future!

I think I've drove by it many times, but it didn't hit me to check it out. DUH on my part. Cute little cottages in an RV park type setting. What I LOVE about Cottages is that no one is making noise above you or below you or banging on the walls beside you. You have your own little place. Peace and quiet. I checked into cottage #706. Nice ocean view. Light and airy. It had a coastal theme of lighthouses and sailboats. It smelled clean. No musty, moldy, smoke or pet smells. It was clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. Kitchenette was clean. Refrigerator was clean. Floor was a nice wood vinyl with no carpets and yes... it was clean. Bedroom was clean. Furniture was clean. WOW....seriously? What strange place is this? I actually didn't feel like I had to clean. It reminded me of coming home or maybe staying at your great lost Aunt's house. The only negative, my cabin didn't have WiFi. Yes, they do have WiFi, but the cabins closer to the ocean do not have it. Also, bring your own shampoo. They do have body soap, but it's very basic. Great weekly prices, clean and yes, I would recommend this place even without WiFi.

It's actually well cared for, and although it's a small little joint on the highway, it's clean and quiet. I paid just over $40 a night (during June, no less) for a queen room (although the bed seemed to be more of a double than a queen). The bed wasn't fantastically comfortable, but it was decent. The roof over hangs every room, so you can smoke outside without getting wet and walk to the ice machine under cover. It doesn't have a pool, a sauna, a hot tub or any other ammenitie like that, but once again, it was $40 a night. The front desk people are super nice, and it appears that the owner or manager may live on site. I would definately stay here again!

Located right across the street is the beach. Around the corner are plenty of places to eat. With a variety of stores not too far away. Plenty of parking when we arrived. Looks like about 12 units on the first and only floor. There is RV parking located around the corner we saw. The sign says "no overnight parking". The room we got had a queen bed (firm) with a microwave, large mini fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates, tv, fan (no a/c), a window to the street and a window by the kitchen sink. Night stand wasn't plugged in, neither was the lamp upon arrival. When trying to plug it in to the extension cord on the other nightstand, the cord didn't fit as it was a 3-prong. The toilet did have a 'sanitary' strip over it, showing it had been cleaned. Upon arrival we did have difficulty getting into our room. The code wasn't working. One of the employees happened to be onsite to help us. We were a bit put back when she said the key code to our room out loud in the middle of the parking lot allowing others to hear. Luckily, there weren't any people around, that we saw. However, at night we did put a bit of a barricade by the door because of that reason. Plus the door didn't have a secondary lock. There was a couple restaurants at the front of the hotel but they were not operating while we were there. Good spot to lay your head down for the night

They are currently remodeling the rooms and the entire space but they were courteous and very welcoming. I met the owner and he cares for his product as he asked me for my opinion. I told him that the rooms were great, the beds was very comfortable, cozy and warm. They have a small kitchen and all so you can get your food and bring it into the hotel. If I am around, I know where I am staying. Until next time!
