    Caramel apple coffee, hot chocolate

We were looking for a quick breakfast and came here. I got hot chocolate and the green burrito. The burrito was VERY good, I will definitely come back for this. My boyfriend got the biscuits and gravy which he said was delicious. He also got the I believe it was carmel apple coffee which he said was good just very sweet.

Very fresh and delicious with friendly service. We would definitely come back if were in the area. Nice outdoor table to sit with our dog.

Breakfast burrito with sausage added, and coffee!

This is a great little spot, with amazing food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Very surprised it only had one other review, but the I see Yelp is suppressing 10 other favorable reviews as "not recommended."? I wonder what's going on with that? At any rate, I only have two modest suggestions for this wonderful little place: 1) When I read the word cafe I thought it might have indoor seating...no biggie but it's walk-up or drive-thru. 2) An outdoor trash can would be nice. They provided a complimentary tasty little muffin sample, and I had nowhere to put the wrapper except my pocket. Bon Appetit!

We stopped here for breakfast when passing through Bristol. My husband got the breakfast croissant, I got a gluten free burrito, and my brother got the cinnamon roll and club. We all got coffees as well! 10/10. Delicious! The option to make any sandwich a gluten free wrap is a huge plus! The service was fast and friendly. They have a walk up window with a cute little patio where you can stand or sit on a couple bar stools. They have a drive through option as well. Will definitely be coming here again.

    Baked Hash Brown

I am honored to be the first reviewer for this hidden gem of a restaurant. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, baked hash browns, and green chile burrito. The Cuban sandwich is pure heaven, delicious bursts of flavor with every bite. The Cuban goes perfectly with the baked hash browns! The green chile burrito is also very good and unique with hash browns, egg, cheddar cheese, and pork green chile inside. There is seating outside and also you can order to go from their drive through. I already know I will be eating from this restaurant a minimum of 3 times a week.

Breakfast Burrito with Sausage and White Mocha Pumpkin Coffee

One of the Best breakfasts I've had maybe ever in my entire lifetime. Yes that's actually not a joke either. Breakfast burrito is outstanding perfectly put together and delicious. Coffee was served with a nice little muffin which was cool, and the coffee was amazing. Lady in there was super nice and the ambiance was very nice. 20/10 if I could rate it that!

The main building is a lovely and spacious modern inn that balances comfort and traditional elements with open and wide modern floor plans and bright spaces in a pleasing way while retaining the cozy fireplace experiences of more traditional settings. A first floor outdoor veranda opposite the main entrance stretches the length of the main building overlooking the well groomed hillside vineyards and a stocked, picturesque fishing pond. The hillside stretches up the horizon and with the westward facing veranda, offers stunning sunset views along with wine service. Below is a patio off the main restaurant and bar offering even more seating around fire pits with couches and Adirondack chairs with appetizer and drinks available for the bar/restaurant. We toured a king 2 room suite with a large sitting area separated from an equally large and well appointed sleeping area with a private large balcony that also faced the western sunset over the vineyards. The rooms were described as more akin to an apartment whereas the 9 onsite yurts accommodations were described more akin to a condo, described as pet friendly and a quiet community. Behind the yurts is a large barn structure that serves as a tasting room with an outdoor seating area with Edison lights strung around the overhang creating a warm space to enjoy the vineyards end production, currently nine wine vintages. Beside the main building are two much larger shaped yurt structures housing a full fitness center and a spa as will as an outdoor pool. We dined at Hickory for dinner and enjoyed their farm to table, Appalachia oriented menus. That will be a separate review but it hits 10/10 for hospitality, service, presentation and food excellence. We plan a fall trip for an overnight stay when the vineyards come in just before harvest to get the full experience! Also, we initially had a glass of their Chardonnay and being pleased with this, we opted to enjoy a bottle with dinner even though the wine list had equally excellent choices from familiar vineyards. This is highly recommended!

We kicked things off with chips and queso, then ordered the Smoked Turkey salad and the brisket sandwich with tots and wow! Every bite was phenomenal. The brisket sandwich with the jam was an unreal combo, and the salad was packed with flavor (and plenty of meat). The restaurant itself is adorable, with tons of indoor seating, a bar, super cute outdoor space, and great TVs. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Bonus: you can make reservations ahead of time on Resy. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so there's always a reason to stop by. Can't wait to come back and work our way through more of the menu next time we're in town!

Super friendly staff. Fast fresh service. I ordered the catfish, grits, and slaw. I feel like they need a stronger sauce option for tarter or hot sauce the bbq sauce options didn't do it for me. The catfish was lightly breaded and not too heavy. I did snag a bite of the brisket and it was excellent. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.

Pal's is one of my favorite Bristol-area stops on road trips between my hometown and my new town…read more Truthfully, Pal's is the reason I plan my gas and food break there at all. It feels like a small ritual on the highway, the kind of place that turns a routine stop into something warm and familiar. There's something about Pal's that takes me back to being a kid, riding with my dad to a tiny drive-thru burger spot where the food was simple, fast, and made with care. This place carries that same spirit. The service is fast but still welcoming. I parked in the small lot that runs parallel to the drive-thru and enjoyed my meal from the car, watching the steady flow of customers come and go. My order was a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a vanilla milkshake. The food was fresh, tasty, and made for me... a classic drive-thru. The highlight, though, was a small moment of kindness. The young man at the window spotted my puppy and offered her a dog treat, which instantly made the stop feel even more personal and welcoming. Little gestures like that turn a quick meal into a memory. Pal's is clean, simple, and purely nostalgic. No frills, no fuss, just good food, friendly service, and the comforting feeling of a roadside tradition that understands exactly what travelers need.
