Got a phone call before my appointment, going over some expectations, including that the windshield replacement would take most of the day as Teslas require calibration, so to plan accordingly. Showed up morning of and was quickly checked in and that was it. Got a call in the afternoon when the car was ready for pick-up. They did a great job! Windshield looked great.
