I ended up not needing their service but I wanted to leave a quick review. I had an incident in the early morning where a rock, or object, hit my car windshield. I requested a quote not thinking I'd get a response till way later but I got a message with in an hour like the page suggests. Not only that but he also provided some much needed information. I really appreciate the quick response as this needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Hopefully I won't need this service in the near future but if I do, I'll be checking with this location to see if they are able to assist. read more

My front windshield needed to be replaced due to rocks hitting my windshield on the freeway. When I worked with my insurance they had initially paired me with safelite to replace my windshield. They gave me an appointment day a week and a half after the incident occurred. What was I going to do? Drive around with a cracked windshield for that whole week? The reasoning was that my car was new and it was going to take some time to order the new windshield. I was recommended to this place from a Toyota of Orange technician. I called and the guy that answered the phone told me that my insurance was covered, and that he would estimate a repair date 5 days sooner than safelite. Long story short, I changed the repair to this shop and he stayed by his word. The only thing he wasn't able to do was the calibration to my windshield which he was extremely upfront about. read more

The owner was in the office working and immediately stopped what he was doing and came outside to look at my car. In a matter of 15 minutes my car was done. The price was very reasonable. This is a family owned business. I have taken my car in for a window crack repair twice. Both times I've been very pleased with the service. One time the staff was not happy with the outcome of my repair so they didn't charge me full price. This showed me that they want to provide excellent service to their customers. So I needed a new windshield. If you're a customer of 21st century auto/farmers then this is an affiliate shop which means their warranties are different than those at a non-affiliate shop. This is a family owned business, extremely efficient. The man who runs it was kind enough to give me a ride to a local coffee shop while the work was done since there's no waiting room. It took a couple hours. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here. Windshield replacement is too important to trust to just any shop. read more

I've had to come here twice to get our cracked windshield fixed and also to get our side window replaced. While gettin my car fixed is definitley not on my "fun list," Park Auto Glass definitley made it hassle-free! I had originally had Safelite come out to replace my windshield, but they refused to order the Honda certified part and wanted to replace it with aftermarket glass (even tough my insurance covers a Honda part as our car is less than three years old). So I told Safelite to not replace the glass, sent them off, and I immediately called Park. They ordered the part, called me a few hours later, and fixed it exactly how I wanted it. the window replacement was the same deal. The time estimate was great - he quoted me about an hour to an hour and a half, but I was back on the road in under an hour. I highly recommend!!! read more

I wish I could give negative star. I called today (12/08/21) to see if they could replace my car window and the person I was talking to said he was gonna check if they have the tools for my car. 1 hour later, no call back, so I called them if they got the tools for it and the guy that answered was giving BIG attitude for no reason. The person I spoke to had a very condescending attitude, very unprofessional, very belittling, hopefully he does not speak to anyone other future customers that way. I would choose another shop that actually has good customer service, very disappointed. read more

I had a terrible experience here. Avoid this place and save yourself some money. Brought my car in to fix a minor "star" crack on my windshield. They charged $50, and I brought my car to their shop. They looked at the crack, said they could fix it. So I left it there. When I came back, the guy was putting a clear substance onto the glass. He said there was something wrong with the crack and said it couldn't be fixed. There was absolutely no improvement... Yet I still had to pay for it full price in order to get my keys back! I asked him why I had to pay full price for something that didn't work... He told me that I have to pay for the time he spent on it. Not more than 5 minutes pouring a useless liquid on my windshield and then wiping it off! For $50?!! What a rip off! I would have accepted half price. He then proceeded to tell me that they'll take off $50 off the cost of them replacing the entire windshield, which would cost me another $250.00. It started to feel somewhat like a "bait and switch". They know they've already sucked $50 from you... so they try to get even more money out of you because you've spent money on "nothing" and you still need your windshield repaired. He was a total jerk to me too, stating that I can only pay by check or cash to receive that offer. After thinking about it for 2 minutes, I listened to my gut and decided not to have them do it. Their office looked messy and unorganized. A total dump. He was acting like he was doing me a favor. Please. I'm glad I left because I found another auto glass place, way cheaper than what he wanted to charge me, AND they came to ME! If only they had warned me it might not work, I would have had the option to go forward with it or not. But he said that he could fix it. But he didn't. Now I'm out $50.00. I broke my rear window to my Chevy traverse and they replaced it at a very reasonable price , quick and well done I was very happy with the service. After itook it home the rear door wouldn't open sometimes and other times it would so I just let it be. After about a month it wouldn't open at all. I took it back and the owner didn't make a thing about it , he took it in and FIXED IT! Great oldschool quality service you just don't get these days anymore. The technician and the owner himself were very polite and professional. Not looking forward to replacing anymore windows but if it I have to again I'll gladly come back here. Recently I bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima from Toyota of Orange (CA). Sunday, the 21st of October I found a crack in the windshield. Toyota of Orange told me Park Auto Glass did their Glass Repair and Replacement. My car was broken into, so I needed to get one window fixed ASAP. I called up and got a quote, he told me it could get done within the next hours, so I appreciated that he understood my urgency. It went a bit past the timeframe he had quoted, but he acknowledged that and apologized. It was also very nice that he stuck to the initial quote he gave me even when it turned out he quoted me about $25 less than he should've. First impressions matter. As do second and third impressions. And really, we all know that you're only as good as your LAST IMPRESSION. Our first time using Park Auto Glass we had a great experience with the woman who answered our call. She was helpful and kind, and also quick to replace our windshield with a quality replacement. And when the following week we took yet ANOTHER rock to our windshield, they immediately came to our rescue. For those two weeks of incredible service, I would give them FIVE STARS. However, fast forward several years, and now I am currently in need of a windshield replacement--AGAIN--thanks to more trucks flinging rocks on the 5 freeway. This time when I called the man who answered the phone was horribly rude on the telephone. He was insulting and had absolutely no people skills. In fact, he was so rude even after I mentioned that his way of addressing a former customer client was rude, that I got off the phone without scheduling an appointment today (4/23/14). PARK AUTO GLASS, you've lost a repeat customer. I will be calling AAA to find a different company and will be sure to mention that you aren't treating callers OR AAA members with the kind of respect and businesslike demeanor that is expected in business. I have a Porsche Cayenne and the windshield cost a small fortune. I called around and discovered that most of the glass is made in China. I contacted Park Auto Glass and they sold an American made replacement at a very fair price. I dropped the car off and they gave me a ride back to my house. They called when it was ready. I came into Park auto glass needing the windshield of my 2014 Honda Accord replaced. The man I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He even helped me to file a claim with my insurance company to get it covered. I ended up only having to pay my hundred dollar deductible. They came to my house the same day to replace the windshield. The man that replaced it was very polite and professional. I had originally been concerned that it would not look the same as the original but after it was done I couldn't even tell it had been replaced.
