    Pato con mole

Beautiful restaurant with beautiful decor. The employees were super friendly and knowledgeable. I went with the suggestions of my waitress. It did not disappoint. The duck mole was delicious!! It felt like it was missing something though. It's literally just duck and white rice and mild sauce. I ordered a side of plantain. That should come with the meal. Everything was really good! I'd return if I'm in Atlanta again.

Food was plated beautifully, but the quality and taste were poor. That was disappointing. Upscale Oxacan Mexican restaurant on the Belt Line. Great place for a nice fancy night out with friends or your partner. Service was excellent 5/5 - Che was fantastic! Ambiance was also 5/5 - outdoor seating when it's nice out with beautiful patio and romantic indoor vibes, though it is cold so be prepared. Nice place to hang jackets and umbrellas indoors. Food was beautifully plated but unfortunately was not as tasty as I was expecting. The octopus had a large portion but lacked flavor, very basic seasoning. Lobster birria was unique, but also lacked flavor. Lava cake was delicious - melts in your mouth - highly recommend.

Amazing find in the Fourth ward off the Beltline! Exquisite food and ambiance. The service was crisp and attentive. A must go!

Casi Cielo has officially opened its stunning new BeltLine location--just in time for spring--and it's every bit as gorgeous as you'd expect. With a beautiful outdoor seating area, it's the perfect spot to soak in the season while indulging in elevated Oaxacan cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and truly decadent desserts. Weekend brunch here is a game changer--you can order from both the brunch and regular menu, which means the best of both worlds on one table. We started with the tostada de guacamole, fresh and vibrant, followed by the pollo al carbón--a great low-carb option. The chicken enchiladas in verde remain my absolute favorite, comforting and packed with flavor. The chicken tacos are always a solid pick, and don't skip the side of rice--it's incredibly flavorful and unlike your usual. The pulpo al carbón (grilled octopus with aioli) is a crowd favorite for a reason, perfectly charred and tender. And to end on a sweet note, the French toast topped with cream and fresh berries is a solid 10/10. If you're planning a spring outing along the BeltLine, this one definitely deserves a spot on your list. #atlblogger #oaxaca #beltline #atlantafood #atlfoodie

I would have given 5 stars but being asked if we would like bread and then being charged for it was not cool. Most restaurants don't charge for bread when asked so that was my biggest issue with my overall experience. Please mention the price to avoid future complaints from customers. Other than that, the quality of the food was very good. Everyone at our table was happy with their dishes and drinks. The service was good. The restaurant itself was beautiful and classy.

There was no food/drink service on the patio & they were so overwhelmed they wouldn't let us put our names on the list to eat inside.

The ambiance, service and the atmosphere was really nice!…read more All of our food items came so quick! I really enjoyed the salsas they provided too, one was actually really spicy. I also enjoyed the pulpit, thought it had a nice char to it and a good flavor. I really enjoyed my pork belly tacos! The tortilla was so fresh and the toppings were refreshing that complimented the fatty pork well. I really liked the sauces here honestly, it complimented everything well and made me eat so many chips as well. The service was very nice and attentive.

We came here last night to celebrate my sister's birthday with a large group. Unfortunately, the…read moreservice kicked off on a really sour note. Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.
