The store is very clean and well organized and Tim let me fully test the camera. The price was very fair and Tim worked with me to make sure I could take care of a maintenance item without having to cover that cost after the purchase. This was my first actual pawn shop purchase and I really appreciated Tim's professionalism, friendliness and effort to make a fair sale. I will definitely be a repeat customer if the opportunity affords itself.

Bought a Samsung 75 inch tv from this store and was told it was brand new and taken out of the box…read moreto display it. They told me they watched some football on it since they took it out of the box. The protective film was still on the screen and they hooked it up so I could see it working. It was very bright in the pawn shop and hard to see the screen. I bought the tv and when I got home I hooked up the tv and I could see that all the display settings were maxed out and I reset the tv to the default setting and on the bottom left of the screen there was several dark spots on the screen. I contacted Samsung and they said the dark spots on the screen were damaged led's do to settings all the picture settings to their maximum. I will never trust this pawn shop again telling me this tv was brand new. I have called them and they will not help me at all.

They barely pay attention to anyone that comes in the store, they leave everything out so it's easy to trip over something and hurt yourself, and they refuse to budge on ultra-high prices on games that sell for cheaper at GameStop. Until they get some of the old staff back -- which I assume they won't -- then I won't be back.
