20$ for never worn authentic Jordan's said he needs to make money. You and me both. 20 though is crazy.

Bought a Samsung 75 inch tv from this store and was told it was brand new and taken out of the box to display it. They told me they watched some football on it since they took it out of the box. The protective film was still on the screen and they hooked it up so I could see it working. It was very bright in the pawn shop and hard to see the screen. I bought the tv and when I got home I hooked up the tv and I could see that all the display settings were maxed out and I reset the tv to the default setting and on the bottom left of the screen there was several dark spots on the screen. I contacted Samsung and they said the dark spots on the screen were damaged led's do to settings all the picture settings to their maximum. I will never trust this pawn shop again telling me this tv was brand new. I have called them and they will not help me at all. read more

Tried pawning off some newer beats I bought last year for 150$ and never used, he said he'd only give me 10$. Corded skull candies at Walmart cost more then 10$. Subsequently I declined. The owner treated me like I was an inconvenience and the other young guy treated mine like I was stupid and he was somehow above me. Go literally anywhere else. read more

They were great and had an emergency. I was late getting to their store for service and they still went on ahead and help me out in that situation. Thank you guys. read more

Very expensive movies, I bought 5 movies and they wouldn't budge on the price. Most places would at least give fifty cents off, not these people. Amazon movies with shipping are cheaper. read more

All I can say about this Pawn Shop is if you are in need of money or wanting to sell something do not ever consider this shop as an option as somewhere to give your business!!! You would be better off burning your belongings and enjoying the warmth that the flames give you for those few moments. The manager of the shop will low ball you to the point that it would be laughable if it wasn't so absolutely maddening... Don't get me wrong I know that Pawn shops will never give you what your items are actually worth at most you can usually expect about 50% of what they are selling for at that time. But this guy Named A_ _ y will not give you anything even remotely close to 50% of the items value for example if you bring in an item that is selling for $100 at the time he will likely give you about $7-$12, $20 at most. He is just looking to take advantage of people who are in a tight position and he knows that he can rob people if they are desperate enough. So do yourself a favor save yourself the ease of time and the aggravation and take your business elsewhere. If the individuals working at this shop especially the one named above are only willing to buy items for a few dollars then they should have a taste of what their business will look like when the only items they have coming in are worth nothing but a few dollars. I went to this shop to try to sell a very nice item worth nearly $800-$1,000 and there were examples of the same items that have recently sold for that much or more on eBay, so at a pawn shop you could expect to get around $400-$500 for the item. A _ _ y offered me $100 when arguing about how the value was much higher he raised his offer to $110 I laughed my way out of his shop took it to another pawn shop down the road and they offered me $550 without hesitation. Like I said do yourself a favor and don't give this guy your business take your items elsewhere to a shop that isn't trying to take advantage of people who are already in a tough situation. Take it somewhere else that understands that fact and tries to help the people that come into their shop while still maintaining a profitable business. If you don't believe me go to the shop and sit there for 30 minutes to an hour. Watch the reactions and attitudes of the customers who go in there to sell or loan an item during that time and see if you witness a single individual walk out of there who seem as happy or happier then when they arrived... I have never seen anyone sell something there who seems to project any sort of attitude that hints towards their feelings of receiving a fair deal. Not in the 3 times I have been by there... read more

This place is damn near criminal. DO NOT COME HEAR TO GET A LOAN ON THINGS! Came in to make a payment to cover interest and wanted to put an additional $100 down towards the balance and was told I could not pay down balance unless I paid 2 months worth of interest. Absolute scam. Better off anywhere else. read more

One of the worst pawnshops ever!!! the owner has such a bad attitude will low ball you every single time. To the point where the price is offensive. He will try to get over on you Especially if you're a girl like you don't know how eBay works. Not to mention he'll low ball for your price and then sell it for double the price and overcharge the customers I hate it. I hate this pawn shop!!! read more

Nick and Andy were so friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. Clean and organized store. Great service!

It felt really good going back to this place after a few years. I got excellent customer service from a person who chose to be a HERO. Went in 5mins before close and was given the best service and deal from Andeu!, thank you for being a real human and being beyond decent. I'll only do business with these folks! read more

ZERO STARS!!!! These employees do not care about customers. They lie about their product and prices. They make promises they can't keep. When they tell you they will hold something for you. It's a lie!!! Within 5 mins of that promise they lied and said it was already sold. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! The product was still on the floor when I arrived. read more

NOT MILITARY-FRIENDLY. I stopped in today to look at possibly picking up a firearm for home defense. The very polite man at the counter asked for my ID, in order to show me the weapons I was interested in. I am a Military Dependent (Spouse is a U.S. Air Force Officer stationed at USSF Buckley Garrison), with both a Military Dependent and Retiree (served 23 years myself) ID Cards, a valid Florida Driver's License (our home of record), and a Florida Concealed Carry Permit (reciprocity in Colorado) - all of which I presented to him. He then stated that, without a Colorado ID, he could not show me the firearms. He then went to the back of the store to check with the manager, who told him that he could not show me the firearms without a Colorado ID. I, again, explained that we are a Military family and are not required, by both Federal and State law, to change our licenses and registrations when we arrive at a new duty assignment. The gentleman apologized and stated that store policy prohibited him from showing me the weapons. He seemed genuinely apologetic, but could not violate their policy. I told him that I would take my business elsewhere and thanked him for his assistance. To have a business less than 2 miles from a U.S. Military base and refuse to sell to Military personnel or their families is a very poor business practice and is a slap in the face of those of us who have and are still serving. read more

Spied a guitar on CraigsList that was being sold by this company. It's about 45 minutes drive for me so I wanted to go over details over the phone and confirm they still had it. John was very patient with me and when I got there there were no surprises. He had it ready with cable and amp to try out. In short, I was well taken care of and am happy with the service. Highly recommended. read more

Was really rude. Didn't acknowledge me, told his young son to shut up in front of me. Not any selection.

First off, a big thanks to Nick, the Store Manager at this US Pawn location, for single-handedly changing my opinion about pawn shops (based on pretty bad past experience). Ok, so the fact is, there are going to be times when pawn shops have exactly what you want at a reasonable price, but folks have some hang-ups for this reason or that about shopping at one. Worry not. My experience this past Saturday at US Pawn made up for the past several negative experiences I'd had at other pawn shops--whether it was staff who could care less about your questions regarding the product and just want to get your cash and get your ass out the door, or some who create entirely misleading advertisements to draw you into the store, then, when you get there and see the product and you comment on that fact, they blow it off and advise that you don't have to shop there (Hey, no problem. I won't now, and won't ever again.) Now, US Pawn? Well, they're a great business with quality items, and also happen to have stellar customer service. I was worried that I might have to twist someone's arm to even get close to the leaf blower I was interested in before waving some cash around, but as soon as I walked in and told Nick what I'd come to see, he immediately, proactively suggested we go out front so I could try it out, taking the time to hang out with me while I happily created a huge dust cloud in front of the store for five minutes. He then answered all my questions the best he could--I mean, who's a leaf blower expert anyway?--and discussed pricing with me, quickly landing on a selling price that worked for both of us, then efficiently completed the transaction with a genuine 'thank you,' and actually remembered my name throughout the process (I know it seems minor, but it means a lot). As I left, eyeing some incredible, classic Bose 901 speakers Nick happened to have displayed for sale, he invited me to keep an eye out on Craigslist for other items that may be interesting to me, and I told him--genuinely--that I absolutely would. I drove a half-hour from Arvada to come to this Aurora location, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Nick! read more

This was my first time I have ever had to pawn something.Prior to this I always had a pretty bad view of pawnshops, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were fair to me when I needed to get cash fast. Its not perfect but it was a pleasant experience. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the fees are rather high and there is allot of paperwork. If you're looking for a good pawn shop I would give these guys a try. read more

Nick and Pete Great customer service. Very polite, very patient, and very flexible to negotiate with you. Genuinely felt good service!!

I had a great experience at US PAWN & JEWELRY I love that everyone was wearing their masks and enforcing that rule upon their customers as well, I had forgotten my mask in the car and they politely reminded me that I needed to be wearing it. I am definitely coming back the prices are great and the money you get for your items if you're coming to sell or pawn is also great. Keifer and Micheal were awesome to work with, Thanks guys see you next time! read more

On the counter in front of me was a stained dewalt FLASHLIGHT with 1 battery for $59.95. I took in my dewalt DRILL with TWO battery's. They offered $25???? I needed to help with insurance not buy a gum ball out of a machine. Don't be afraid to say no. I went down Mississippi Ave and got $50. The price $59.95 is a game my mom used in her store because it sounds better than $60. Notice the other trick.....they will ask you what you need. Whatever you tell them they will go lower so start off with more than you need. read more

Mark is the man! Great guy, straight shooter, helps his customers find exactly what they need :)

Best experience of a small business I've had in a long time. After looking around, I wasn't very optimistic of what I could get, but the guys at US Pawn were welcoming and provided a great first impression over the phone. They wanted my business and were genuine, open, and honest. When other shops were only willing to low ball me on the sale of jewelry, they actually took the time to appraise my item. Nick was personable and great as soon as I walked in, listened to my story and made a no pressure environment plus gave me a great price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Definitely need to check out what they have, and if you want to get what you deserve, they're more than willing. Great inventory from what I saw too! read more

1st time I went, there were 2 guys who were really nice and helpful. The last 2 times I was there, the blond guy was rude and condescending. He also offered me $25 bucks for an item when another shop offered me $70 for the exact same item. Because of him, I will not be going back. A pawn shop is most often a last resort so it's already an uncomfortable situation. The last thing I need is to be treated rudely from some smart a$$ who thinks customer service means to treat ppl like crap. It's too bad cuz the other two guys were really nice. I considered going back but when I drove by, the mean guy was working. I just kept driving to another shop. read more

Five stars all day for US Pawn. Support your local small businesses by shopping and pawning here! They just opened their much larger store location just across the parking lot where they used to be and it is beautiful! Big new spacious store, great location and layout, wide selection of products for resale. The pawnbrokers Nick and Pete are very knowledgeable about all the items they have for resale and they will almost always offer you more than the other big name corporate pawn shops for your valuables. Huge variety of electronics, jewelry, firearms, and tools. Both Nick and Pete are super helpful and will let you test out something you're interested in buying before you fork over your hard earned money. Protip: bring cash. A+ business. I come in a few times per month to see all the new items that are out for sale. They've got great deals going on almost year round. I would definitely recommend you check them out before you pawn elsewhere. read more
