Unprofessional tbh. I called ahead to confirm going rates for the gaming console I was bringing in and the man who answered the phone made it difficult from the jump to get an answer, so I bring in the console only for him to quote me a wayyyy cheaper price $60 instead of the quoted $150-$200. He claims the difference is bc he thought I meant the newest console that is one gen newer than the one I brought in. So I ask if the other is $150 to $200 is it not possible to get $90 for mine. He says no $60 is all he could do. Side note he then explains that he has the newest Xbox one for sale for $500 dollars, the reason this is funny...... they are literally $499.99 brand new from Walmart...... needs new management desperately read more

I came to this pawn shop close by from home to see if u can get a good price to sell my LV belt Brand new the man that was talking to me, I showed him the box of the LV. Didn't even bother opening the box and checking the belt out. He told me how much are u looking for I told him just $200 dollars all he told me, I can do $50 dollars when the belt is a $550 dollar belt with paper work and when I was about to leave the store the man was accusing my friend for stealing a jewelry because he had his hands in his pockets after this experience in this pawn shop not coming back. really unprofessional business. read more

I'm a female painter that came in looking for tools and it was so nice to see another woman that was on her game, new her stuff and when she didn't, didn't hesitate to look it up for me. That's real customer service as far as I'm concerned. I was even able to throw prices back-and-forth with her without her getting defensive. I looked over the reviews before coming since people said these people were nice and treated you right. I came in to sell a Bluetooth speaker in great condition I had several shoes one to be. Nike air Jordan's still in new condition looks wise. But from the few times I warn them there was a small slight creases only on the side of the shoes not across. He didn't even look at all the shoes in the bag. He prejudge them and assumed they were women's shoes when they were men's. When he had some nike air shoe on his display where the bottom layers had dirty stains across the bottoms And mind we're still bright white. And He had some yeezys that Also has stains running across. When I pointed that out to him he didn't want to discuss why he took those but won't take mine. He wouldn't even take my Jordan workout bag that stores a pair of shoes that was in great condition. He's excuses and statements were it's not gonna sell and I don't have to buy from you. When anything Jordan new or old version Can sales when in good or great condition. Don't know if it's a race thing or a sexes things. Owner was just rude off the back he didn't like that I was asking polite questions on why he wouldn't take my stuff and try to turn it into I'm arguing with him. When he's telling me he only taking a certain type of condition shoe when I'm pointing out flaws in ones he has in the store. I had no problem getting my shoes and other stuff sold else where and got more money then what I was gonna asked for. But May God bless this man and help him with his demons. They overprice everything, I've literally witnessed someone come in with shoes they sold them that was fakes. & put them back up for sale. This is one of the biggest scammers around town my advice is take services elsewhere cause it's horrible here. The one female that do work always say oh the price is firm, but you look online and it's overpriced. Racial as hell all Hispanics won't discount for anybody else but they're own kind.
