Great Customer Service willing to explain Coin Denominations and value. They have a large Variety of coins

After receiving a substantial coin collection from an estate, we scheduled an appointment to meet. However, this ended up conflicting with our realtor and we called 3 days prior to cancel. We rescheduled the appointment, after several attempts with no response and felt that this was still the place we wanted to go. Unfortunately, the time was put on the calendar for 30 minutes after it was originally scheduled. We discussed with David that we are running a little bit late but we're on our way. He had set aside a couple of hours for us and we apologized. When we arrived, he wasn't there and he had locked up. He was fine on the phone when we explained the delay and said he would wait. Instead, he's now ghosted us and refuses to respond to texts or calls. He has absolutely no professionalism in the treatment of his customers. This is a coin collection valued at over $100,000 and probably would have been sold to him at a substantial profit for him to make. It's a disappointment when a business owner ends up acting like an 18-year-old boy on a dating app, without the courage to tell someone they are just leaving and completely ghost them. What type of professional would simply ignore a customer who He was aware was only 2 minutes away. If he hadn't wanted to meet, I simply could have said that he was no longer interested in our business. We sent four text messages while waiting and knocked on the doors. We left two voicemails as well. It's now 14 hours later and he still has yet to reply. Just putting this out there so that people can be aware that perhaps they're not dealing with the most professional of businesses. If he treats customers like this before a sale, imagine what he does during the sale. read more
