(I have the receipt). Attached is a pic of the bracelet. The guy that I spoke to looked at the bracelet and said, the curb link chain has been added to the bracelet and the bracelet has been custom made. No shit Sherlock. I told him that as I was taking it out of the box. Then he said, I wouldn't be interested in this piece. Next, I took out a beautiful watch and he took a brief look at it and said, there's been some wear on the buckle clasp so I wouldn't be interested. Of course there has been a little wear, it's a wrist watch however there want that much wear because I have only worn it twice. This guy had MAJOR attitude and it's like he didn't even want to be bothered. Pawning is a sensitive issue for everyone however this jerk has lost touch with that and shouldn't be involved with any facet of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. That was about 3 weeks ago he said it would be fixed the next day. Called today he was just as rude as before but I limited interaction he asked when I would be in I said 90 minutes. I got there and he asked if a could leave and come back. The city was there and told them they needed to be closed in 1 hour or get a summons, so yep I am waiting. He fixed they clasp. Was still a jerk blamed the city. I brought a magnetic to test it myself knowing with his attitude he would not. He placed my chain on the counter walked away as he stated i hope you are happy this is a 200.00 clasp. First, it's not even enough gold in weight to be worth 200.00 so not true. I am disappointed that they were friendly and great until this point, if I was not allergic to metal I would have never discovered he replaced my real 14k gold clasps with metal marked as gold. The replacement is not marked and is scratched but hopefully when shops open I can get verified to be gold. Beware deceptive practices

No mention of a time limit. No mention of any conditions. No mention that "new" actually meant "whatever used controller is sitting in the back." When I finally used it, they took my working-ish controller and handed me a used one in worse condition than what I brought in. The buttons stopped responding almost immediately after I left the store. So I paid extra money for the privilege of downgrading to a broken controller. I came back to swap it out and was told they couldn't do anything for me. They knowingly handed me defective used hardware under a plan that was sold to me as a new-for-old exchange, and then refused to stand behind it. So to recap: I was misled about what the warranty covered, misled about what I'd receive, given a broken product, and then denied any remedy on a plan I paid extra for. That's not a warranty. That's a fee for nothing. Don't buy the protection plan here. Get whatever you're told in writing, or just buy your accessories somewhere with a real return policy.
