This business was established over 60 years ago, and has weathered the storm of the economies since then. Both the afore mentioned things are why they still exist. They told me they watched some football on it since they took it out of the box. The protective film was still on the screen and they hooked it up so I could see it working. It was very bright in the pawn shop and hard to see the screen. I bought the tv and when I got home I hooked up the tv and I could see that all the display settings were maxed out and I reset the tv to the default setting and on the bottom left of the screen there was several dark spots on the screen. I contacted Samsung and they said the dark spots on the screen were damaged led's do to settings all the picture settings to their maximum. I will never trust this pawn shop again telling me this tv was brand new. I have called them and they will not help me at all.
