Firstly, I just want to thank the entire team at Mark's Diamonds for the quality of customer service that they have provided to me and my fiancé. My fiancé customized my ring at Mark's Diamonds and it's so perfect. Secondly, I had to get my new ring resized and they did it in no time. Because they have a jeweler onsite this makes it easier for them to make repairs a lot quicker. I also had to have a quick repair done on the prong and they were able to do this with a quick turnaround also.
