Firstly, I just want to thank the entire team at Mark's Diamonds for the quality of customer service that they have provided to me and my fiancé. My fiancé customized my ring at Mark's Diamonds and it's so perfect. Secondly, I had to get my new ring resized and they did it in no time. Because they have a jeweler onsite this makes it easier for them to make repairs a lot quicker. I also had to have a quick repair done on the prong and they were able to do this with a quick turnaround also. I Googled appraisers "near me" and started reading reviews on various appraisers. I located Michael through some of the reviews that I read. I was drawn to him by the fact that I would not be required to leave my new ring with a stranger. Michael does his evaluations right in front of you without it ever leaving your sight. When I emailed Michael, he was out of town but was still responsive. He was able to get us scheduled for the day after his return. Michael looked over the paperwork that we received from the jeweler and thoroughly analyzed the ring in front of us, including the setting, the center stone, and all of the side stones. While analyzing the ring, Michael explained what he was doing every step of the way. After completing his analysis, Michael was able to give us the good news that we DEFINITELY got a great deal on the purchase of the ring and that we did well!! Once finished with his evaluation, Michael printed the report for us to take with us and also emailed a copy that can be sent to our insurance company.
