We went to Casey's for Father's Day dinner. We have been here several times since they moved to their new place and the food has been great. We brought my parents for dinner. I hate bringing people to restaurants and telling them that it good cause it always backfires on us. 3 of us ordered their special which was the Ribeye steak dinner. Was a little nervous. My dad and husband bbq the best steak so we rarely get steak ok . The steak was absolutely Amazing.. We all LOVED it. I highly recommend it. The whole meal starting with the salad it was fresh the dressing was amazing. I got salad and for the other side I got veggies. And the veggies were seasoned. And so good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. This may be our new go to place in town for when I don't feel like cooking. Thanks for making it a Great Father's Day for my Hubby and Dad.. read more

Had dinner there tonight with my wife and a couple friends. The food was great and the service was good. I had the sample platter with a sample of most of their bbq meat s and it was all delicious. The baked potato was well prepared and the beans were very tasty. I had more food than I could eat in one meal and took the leftovers home in a box with enough to have a repeat dinner tomorrow! read more

The servers were very nice, but the food was dry, bland, and tasted like it came right out of the freezer. Ordered a 1/4 lb avocado burger, it came out on a hard bun and the meat was borderline dehydrated. My dad got the "pops" burger claiming it came out with a thick piece of bacon, but it came out with tiny crunchy pieces. Mac and cheese was bland and pretty much just mush. Overall, food was mediocre at best. Margaritas are all sour mix. We did come here with a large party, but the entire kids table was done eating by the time anyone at the adult table got their food. The menu is stupid big- to serve that big of a menu- the food is canned (soup) or frozen (meat) and reheated. Burgers and chicken - DRY and stale. Service is hit or miss and they don't actually care that the sell mediocre food. You can move the restaurant to a new location but if you dont change food quality and service, it's just the same mediocre restaurant just a dif place read more

Food is amazing. Service was great the lady was so nice. Bathrooms are super clean. Restaurant was calming, a little loud but it was calming to me and normally loud restaurant's give me anxiety but this one was calming. read more

The service here is good, our waitress was nice and talkative. I'm just now finding out this place is a BBQ restaurant the day after I ate there. You don't get a BBQ vibe when you first enter the restaurant. You aren't hit in the face with Smokey BBQ smells like most Restaurants of that category. Something's are really good but every time I have had the pulled pork (which I normally love), it has been dry and hard to eat. I love the sweet potato fries. And once had a chicken that was very moist and good. read more

We've been here a few times and I don't know why I didn't write a review. Casey's was always a solid place to go and it's even better now. I love the remodel. Our service was attentive and my water glass stayed full. My wine was brought out promptly. The servers were so caring and helpful. It's Ridgecrest for those of you who are out of town. When you're busy and forget to get lunch let alone remember to drink water, you sit down and ask for a glass of water, and when it's brought immediately, it's appreciated. When it's refilled immediately, it's above and beyond. Casey's goes above and beyond. I love the tri tip salad. Fries are well done...crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside with the perfect amount of seasoning. Hubby got the light portion of the tri tip tonight. You may want to ask for bbq sauce on the side if you're a tri tip lover. Tonight I had the fried shrimp and fries. I love the cracker crust on the shrimp. They were perfectly cooked. I wish I had cocktail sauce instead of tartar sauce and didn't think to ask if they had any. But the shrimp were delicious as is. Tonight's only negative was the jalapenos in the blue cheese salad dressing. And the parking was a bit grumbly. But it means the place is good and there were a lot of people there. Thankfully we were seated right away. A lovely lady came within 2 minutes and got our drink orders and boom, within another 2 minutes, I had water and wine. I love that. Our server arrived promptly. The food was good. The service was great; very attentive and pleasant. The restaurant was supposed to be a BBQ restaurant but the ambiance and the entire experience did not scream "BBQ!" We were here last year and enjoyed our food and service so we decided to eat here again tonight and we were so glad we did! We were greeted and seated right away. Our waitress, Chiffon, was very friendly and professional. I ordered a peach sangria and it was delicious. We ended up ordering a tri-tip sandwich with a side of green beans and it was delicious! My husband ordered the salmon and he really enjoyed it. Chiffon was attentive and kept checking with us to see if we needed anything. This was a great experience and dinner. Geo was fabulous the tri tip sandwich melts in your mouth. So much meat on the sandwiches.

Tried this place while in town. It doesn't look like much but the reviews suggested it was good. Had the tri tip sandwich with fries and the peach cobbler for dessert. Both were excellent. These happen to be house made and we're well worth the price. The wait staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. And, they had a great sense of humor. read more

First off let me preface this by saying this was on Valentine's Day dinner. They were understaffed for the large crowd so service was slow. The busboy actually helped wait on us and was attentive. For appetizers we had the corn fritters which were very good. The Casey's egg rolls with Mac and cheese and Tri-tip were fair but meat was too chewy and not enough. My wife and I stopped by Casey's today 8 May for the Mother's Day brunch. We didn't make any other plans for the day so we decided to give it a try. The food was actually delicious, the ribs and other meats were tender and well seasoned, the sides were hot and delicious and the staff kept the drinks filled! I stopped in for a quick dinner after driving up from LA and had a great experience. Super friendly people, comfy place to hang out, and great food. Same completely mediocre , fake bbq , bland steaks as before food as it was before it closed and reopened. Thought I would give them another shot, seeing is how it's been awhile and they have remodeled. Food was edible, that's about all I can say about the entrees at least . The steak was over cooked and under seasoned, same as last time. The bbq ribs claim to be Saint Louis style dry rub , that they are " smoked till the meat falls off the bone." There was nothing smoked about my ribs other than them using liquid smoke as a seasoning. There is nothing truly BBQ about this place , you can't just throw on bbq sauce and claim to be BBQ'd meat. My ribs where boiled , and thrown on the grill to finish, not smoked and definitely not bbq, smoked meats have a distinctive pink ring. They where tough and over cooked and where lathered with a BBQ sauce that tasted like ketchup with more Suger added. My girlfriend got pulled pork , again claiming to be BBQ , it was crockpot pork butt with hardly any seasoning and that sickingly sweet ketchup bbq sauce, they even sell the crap. If you are going to put steaks and BBQ on your sign , at least learn how to cook a proper steak , and actually BBQ your meat. People arnt stupid , just tell them what it really is, not like there is much choice unless you head up around Bishop for real BBQ. read more

Not fancy but who needs atmosphere when you have great food and service? They do beef like it's meant to be done - BBQ was outstanding. Hot crisp fries - ummmm.
