HOWEVER: I took my 3 kids in with me and had to wait in their lovely, clean, warm lobby. They had a sweet kids area stocked with toys, books, and a tv with dvd! My kids had fun! I also wanted to give a shout out to DOMINIC! He treated me and my kids so well, with such care and kindness. He realized that we were waiting extra long and gave us a car to drive home! He took the time to explain all of the issues with the doors, gave his best advice, and was clear, honest, and good to us. What a guy!!! It passed inspection for the first 2 years, and I had undercoating put on it. Now in 2026, with 53000 miles on it, it wouldn't pass inspection, because oil from a gasket leak was dripping on the exhaust pipe. When they showed me the undercarriage I was shocked to see how much rust was on it. To make matters even worse, they wanted over $4,000 to fix it! I emailed the original sales person with my problem. 5 days later they wrote that the email had gone into their spam section. I still owed $10,000 on my loan and the car was only worth $10,000, so I had nothing to trade in at the new dealership I went to!

Know it may take half day if you stay at Ira Toyota for service so have those text messages or email communications on and all is working (date or wifi). He quickly found the answers to anything he didn't know and was a pleasure to work with. We liked him so much that when we couldn't find anything we liked, we asked him if he could grab a car from the connected Nissan dealer for us to try. We found a few horrible sales people at other dealers and wanted to stick with the guy we had if we could. I think he's going to do well even though we didn't find anything there that we really liked.
