I recently needed a 30,000-mile service on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I called the dealer, set up an appointment, and was told what would be included in the service as well as the cost of the maintenance: $320 plus tax. I then called Casey's and spoke to Quentin, one of the service managers. He explained to me that they would do all the same recommended inspections and replacements (if needed) and that my car would still be under warranty from Hyundai. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped to reassure me that it was okay to get my car serviced at Casey's. When I was finished, my total came to $118, or about a third of what I would have paid at the dealer. On top of that, the oil they put in the car is a synthetic blend, and Quentin explained to me that it is standard procedure for them to use that for the normal cost of the oil change. The quick-change oil change stores charge a premium for that (as do the dealerships). I found the service to be exceptional, the garage was very clean and well-organized and the service managers were very professional to other customers, both on the phone and in the shop. In short, it was as positive of an experience that I could have had! I will most definitely be using this shop for all my future car-care needs. I have found my new auto shop, and it's Casey's Independent Automotive! read more

I came to this place because of all of the wonderful reviews. I can see why they have so many. They have a huge operation going with many employees. Even when people write horrible reviews for them, I see that Casey responds with "Glad we resolved this miscommunication over the phone" to make it sound as if the issue was resolved. How are we to know if you even talked on the phone with these customers? Anyway, I digress. I went in for a diagnostic inspection and an oil change. They wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for services to my car that would be too early to complete. I went to another place for a second opinion, and the other establishment told me that was an outrageous amount and that they were just trying to scare me. Also, when they performed my oil change, they overfilled my crankcase. They overfilled it so it would look as if I had an oil leak. Thank God I went somewhere else for a second opinion, or I wouldn't have seen this problem. read more

My friend and I have been bringing her vehicles to Casey's for years. I just brought a car in recently that I was considering purchasing for my 16 yr old's first vehicle. Casey's offers a great pre-purchase inspection at a reasonable price. I'm glad I did. The inspection was instrumental in helping me with my decision. Thank you fellas for the peace of mind. Great customer service from the moment I called and spoke to Zack. Everyone I spoke with at Casey's was friendly and seemed happy to be there which is refreshing in any service industry these days. They were expedient in their reporting to me, I had the vehicle back quickly and I even got it back washed which was a nice surprise. Thanks again for the great service! read more

I'm not one of those savvy car guys, so I always feel like I have a target on my rear end when I take a car in for service. The engine light came on in my wife's car. Now, that's something I can easily ignore in my car, but not hers. The guy who took the call, Jim, told me they'd have to charge me $105 for the diagnostics. Well, okay, You gotta do what you gotta do. So I took it in and it turned out the gas cap was not screwed on tightly enough, causing the engine light to go on. Jim waived the diagnostic fee as they didn't have to fix anything. I repeat. He waive a charge I had already agreed to pay. They can take care of my cars forever. Thank you, Jim. read more

I would strongly recommend Casey's Independent Auto Repair. I was hesitant to bring my car to another non-dealer repair shop after having a very bad experience at John's Foreign Car Service. However, Casey's assured me that they stand by their work, and that it would be done right. They did not disappoint. They have a 24 month warranty, unlike most places that only have 12 months, and when they say they will deliver, they mean it. I had to bring my car back for additional work, and they took car of the matter and provided me with a rental car while the work was being done. Give these guys a chance and they will work hard to ensure you are not disappointed. read more

I was given a quote of $1990 for the repair of my steering by a different auto service (I won't mention any names), in addition, they wanted $600 to repair my front brakes. I called Casey's automotive and the service representative Gerald provided the most excellent service. He took the time to listen to my story, question the other company's quote, wanted to have his service men review the problem. Long story short, there were parts the other company said I needed but didn't really need. Casey's repaired the steering, brakes, replaced some lightbulbs, vacummed my car and washed it for $1600. I will ALWAYS recommend Casey's automotive. read more

Recently totaled my car after running through a broken boulder and had Casey's auto look at it. Took them about 3 hours from when I had initially towed the vehicle in to give me a diagnosis of a cracked transmission case with a quote of a little under 3k. My insurance appraiser confirmed all diagnosis and in the end did not charge me for the diagnosis and the 3 days I had the car stored there. Both Justin and Zac were extremely helpful and communicative through the entire ordeal and I would have loved for them to work on my car if not for my insurance deciding to completely total it. read more

They were honest, pricing was responsible and very friendly. I was recommended by a friend and I in turned recommended Casey's auto repair to you and anyone needing auto repair. They gave me a list of things I needed without the hard sell of you need it done now. I felt in full control of what and when I could get the work done. I have been there twice and will continue to have them do all my repairs. I search around but all others fell short or they lied about the price and offered me things I didn't need. Casey's Independent Auto repair is now the only place I take my truck. read more

I have been using Casey's since I moved to the area in 1997. I have always received outstanding service at a very affordable price. Quentin, who work the front, will go out of his way to find you the parts you need at the best cost he can get. The quality of work you receive is the best I've ever had. I have been coming to Casey's for a while now and every time I am treated very fairly with great customer service. This time around I was helped out by Quentin and Mark who both went above and beyond for me. I was in and out in a timely manner, without paying an arm and a leg. I have needed some extra help and research for parts in the past and Quentin has been very helpful in tracking down what I needed and at a reasonable cost. Thanks to Casey's and their excellent staff. I will be back! read more

My name is Randy O. and I recently took my 2002 Honda Accord into Casey's for a timing belt replacement. Quentin was fantastic on answering all my questions before hand. They replaced my timing belt/water pump, belt's and seals. Gave me a recommendation for maintenance that my car will need. The repairs came in at least $300 dollars under what Honda's dealership. I dropped the car off at 8am and was called on completion at 2:30pm and Casey's even took care of the rental car. Thank you read more

I've always have our Volkswagen 2006 Jetta and 2013 Passat TDI's serviced at in Bremerton, WA at the dealership even after the warranty was over. We had our first service at Casey's today 12-31-14. Completely satisfied and comfortable dealing with a non Vdub dealership. Lance was our service advisor and extremely helpful and did a great job of selling Casey's especially Brian the diesel mechanic and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Everyone at Casey's was great! Polite, professional and HONEST! What a great discovery for someone like me. Zack kept me posted and even helped me to understand what my car needed right now and what could wait. He even came in below the estimated cost because his supplier charged less than he'd figured it would be. He passed those savings on to me! AND they cleaned it inside and out! I'm a Casey's customer for life! read more

Fair prices, Great quality repairs and Awesome service. Quentin, the service manager makes you feel like family not just a customer. I've been coming to Casey's for about 3 years now, and I always get the best service from everyone I encounter. Zach is always super helpful and goes out of his way to give you amazing service. They don't act like salesmen here. They want to fix your auto problems without emptying your pockets by breaking it down to what needs to be done now, or can wait until your next appointment. I'll never stop coming to Casey's. read more

My boyfriend recommended Casey's, and I was delightfully surprised. It's so wonderful to have an automotive repair shop that you can trust...and Casey's is it! Besides repairs on my brakes and fuel sensor, I took it back in to have my car's interior thoroughly cleaned. It was moldy! They removed stains and mold that I thought would be impossible to remove. Great service! Lance is awesome! read more
