Ok- I change my mind... this place is great! We've done take-out a few times and it's been okay,…read morebut just average. Today we dined in and the whole experience was great. We added the "family" deal with salad and a pitcher of soda. But we couldn't decide on a soda flavor, so they just let us each choose our own cup for the same price. 5/5 My wife doesn't like cheese on her salad, so we got it on the side. But cheese with crackers- now that's something we can get behind. 5/5 I think the "average" experiences in the past was because we kept trying the thin crust. Meh. But the pan pizza, Amazing! The crust is thick, but perfectly fluffy. 5/5 We tried the chicken wings for the first time. Crispy skin, tender and juicy meat. 5/5. Then topped it off with the cookie/ice cream desert. It was good. 4/5. The help was a little slow. 3/5. After seated no one came to greet us for almost 10 minutes. But the food came fast. 5/5.

The crust was thicker than Monicals but was very good for a thin crust and had full flavor. I will definitely be looking for more creative flavors from them in the future. This is the best pizza I have had in a long time. Slight downside is cash or check.

A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I decided to expand our horizons and ordered something other than pizza! She had the spaghetti and meatballs, and I had the meatball sandwich with a small side salad. Not to sound condescending, but we were pleasantly surprised at how good they were. During the week we are at our house near Chicago, and we drive down to Rantoul on the weekends to work on houses we are rehabbing. Hence, we are spoiled with Chicagoland Italian restaurants. So, not to sound like a jerk, we weren't expecting much from the non-pizza items. I'm very happy we tried something different and will definitely sample the other items in the menu in the future.

We had the 12" thin crust pepperoni pizza and some garlic bread. Next time we'd like to try either the deep dish or some of the house special pizzas. I was pretty shocked to see that our total was over $45 for the 12" pizza, bread, and two drinks with tip. But really everything else made it worth it. And we got a slice of the most delicious almond cake on the way out for free - score!
