The ingredients are fresh, the recipe is very good and the flavors are all there. But, is this a true NY style pizza? No it is not. There is an art to a New York pie that is very hard to master. It requires a special kind of dough with a little bit of semolina to crisp it up, you need to have three layers on an NY pie that include a firm paper, thin crust that doesn't collapse when you pick it up, a soft, cheesy thin layer of dough and sauce. If you do it right, you'll even get some heavenly dough bubbles that crisp up as well. While I loved the pizza here it is not an NY pie if that's what you're looking for. Will I go back? Absolutely!

The prices are pretty crazy even for those artisan types of pizzas. Coming in here the first time it was confusing. It's actually in the same location as Gost Coffee Roasters. They usually have a sandwich board out front when they're open so just go in there. Go around to the back. There's a counter to order at and more seating. It's about $12 for the Garlic Knots. We got these and they were great for sharing. Bad thing is these are often sold out. That's no surprise because these are by far the cheapest thing. It's $20 or more for a pizza. These are just regular sized pizzas. Crazy prices to be honest. They may be good but it's way too much for this. Great pizzas as long as you can get past the high prices and running out of so many ingredients and items. It's closed Mondays and Tuesdays. They have pretty limited menu and they still run out of whatever.

Basically the coffee is the main thing of course. It's got kind of a small selection but they only make the best stuff. There's the basics like the lattes and a few of the specialties too. Actually can be good to not be too complicated. It's about $5 to get a specialty coffee, which isn't that bad to be honest. Also has bags of coffee beans to go. The last time in here I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte. Like drinking cereal. They also have a few pastries. It's about $2 for a croissant. The Vegan Curved Croissant is one of these. Fluffy and still has a buttery flavor. There's also a few breakfast sandwiches. Finding it can be complicated. It's located in a building on Schoolhouse Road.
