The repeated cancellations, however, were not so great. For every massage I had, there was an equal number of cancellations, often last minute. To rebook would be another 3 weeks, so I underwent large gaps in having service. They would offer me the replacement of another therapist, however that therapist was a male, and like many women, I am not comfortable with male masseuses. Another issue I had with the service was that the clock in the therapy room was off by five minutes, which I believe was a tactic to reduce the massaging time (I fixed it on one occasion, and the next time it was off again). I understand an hour massage is often 50 minutes, however this took off another 5 minutes, which was frustrating.

Back in the spring, I came to this practice suffering severe pain in my left hip and leg. The pain…read morewas sporadic but sometimes very disruptive. For example, there were times I had to lift my left leg with my arms just to get into a car. I am happy to say that, for the last three months, I've been completely pain free! I don't know if it was the chiropractic treatment, the excellent (and sometimes excruciating) massages or the stretching techniques advised by Dr. Rae . Maybe it was a combination of all three? Regardless, the pain is gone and I am thankful. Now I can work out, ride my motorcycle, work in the yard, climb stairs and enjoy life without nagging pain in my left hip and leg.
