Last time I went in I paid for an hour massage and was only on the table for 30 minutes. This time I tried to go to their new location. Google maps, and three different people that finally answered the phone couldn't help me find it. I tried to shorten my appointment from a full hour to a half hour because I was having such a hard time locating their office. My request was politely refused. Polite but unhelpful. Upon walking in, you are greeted by lovely receptionists, soothing sounds and scents, and comfy waiting chairs. Complimentary water bottles are always on hand. I have been adjusted by both Kesh and Seth and they are both awesome! They both listen to your needs and advise accordingly. I received massage therapy from Tori and she is the BEST. She has teeny tiny hands with man power. She is also a great listener, does an amazing massage, and gives tips on how to stretch properly. I love this office. read more

I can't say enough about how much I love going to Vancouver Chiropractic! Prior to my first appointment over 3 years ago I had never seen a chiropractor. I suffer from moderate back/shoulder pain due to the nature of my job as well as regular life related wear and tear. Since I began regularly going for massage and adjustments (I usually go once a month) my level of discomfort has improved greatly and every visit is a treat that I very much look forward to. It is a piece of self care I had been missing for years. Every one of the massage therapists are incredible. They have a variety of therapists and it is simple to find one that is a good fit depending on your personal preferences. There's not enough good to be said about Vancouver Chiropractic. I discovered them last year based on a recommendation after I'd seen a handful of Chiros in town who were salesmen more than healthcare professionals, and I'm so thankful I did. Every person I've been helped by is kind, caring, and clearly has my health and healing in mind. I've seen a handful of the massage therapists and highly recommend both Lindsey and Anna, though, again, you can't go wrong. Both Kesh and Seth are excellent chiropractors and really want to resolve whatever issue has brought you in. I've been to many, many, many chiropractors in the different places around the country I've lived. Dr. Seth and team are absolutely among the best and definitely the best I've seen in the Vancouver area. No x-rays because he truly understands the holistic approach to medicine and chiropractic care. An example: if your muscles are very tight they can pull your hips out of line. If an X-ray is taken it looks like hips are out of line when really you are extremely tight!. My first visit I had a massage to loosen up my muscles before adjustment. Then I went in to see Dr. Seth. He did an exam on my spine, neck, legs, hips and went right into the adjustment. One adjustment later and I could actually twist my neck with full range of motion and that night when I went for a run my hips didn't hurt!!! Second adjustment got rid of more of the neck resistance and felt like $1M! Adjustments were safe, targeted, and completely on point for what was wrong. Office environment is great. Only note of advice is that if you don't want to do a massage every time before adjustment you need to let them know. Otherwise you always get both. Can't say enough good things. No pressure and tons of good advice. read more

Not very happy! I have been going to this place for over 5 years and they always had a 30 minute massage before adjustment and now they decided to STOP or pay $45.00. What the heck!!!! I was always talking about how great this place is and now I am not sure about it. People get better results after being massaged and now we will just hurt after being adjusted. So here is the deal, I have dealt with back issues the majority of my life. I started dancing when I was young and that carried into my adult life. Now I am a hairdresser who loves what I do and do it a lot. On top of that I am delusional as to how old I am getting and what my body can do still. That usually doesn't defer me from being active snowboarding, skating thinking I am 15. With the constant work and play I tend to do a number on my back its par for the course. So I know that chiro appointments and Massage will always be apart of my life and that I am ok with. So when I moved to downtown Vancouver the hunt was on for some one between work and home. I had a client refer me here to see Seth. So here is the deal after nearly 15 years of visiting different chiropractors and massage therapist I left amazed. First of the staff is amazing and the office manager and I have the same name which never happens. Sadie is a peach. Danielle was my massage therapist she was wonderful she knew what she was doing I didn't have to explain and after 20 min with her I felt so much better. I am currently coming of a concussion and whip lash. She was gentle and effective she didn't mess around and she is cute as a button with a great personality. Nothing is worse then a stranger giving you therapeutic massage and you being forced to have weird awkward conversations with them while trapped naked. She was fabulous and I am coming back for a full massage with her to sort out some other kinks. So after you have a loosen of the mussel session you get your adjustment, which is genius and saves me a trip going to 2 different locations. Now the adjustment is also pain free. Seth adjusted me and was why I visited he was fabulous! I didn't know if I should hug him or shake his had but he has an energy that makes you want to hug him. I was one of the most seamless adjustments I have ever had. So Thank You Seth. He adjusted my neck with out any pain which is a rarity I feel. My uppedidn'tr back need adjustment as well as my lower and my hips too. He did a quick thorough evaluation of me and adjusted everything with out misses. (when the chiro tells you "oh wait didn't get then jars you trying to get it"). Didn't happen with Seth. The lovely part no one told me to come back or rebook which I loved in an environment like this. You should come back when you need it when you have pain again. I appreciated it all. In conclusion the staff at Vancouver Chiropractic are stuck with me and will be seeing me roughly once a month I will bring treats. XOXO thank you for making me feel better Team. read more
