Kali came out the next afternoon and found electrical, gas, and water lines we didn't even know we had. Kali was responsive, punctual, professional, and explained in detail what he had found, and what it meant. We have a pool, and old lighting throughout our yard, so he had his work cut out for him. He also answered all of our questions, and marked some additional electrical in the front yard we had forgotten to mention when we originally called. If we need to dig again, Advanced Underground Utility Locating is going to be our first call.

The local guy, Micah, came out and successfully located thousands of feet of electrical lines. He was on time and worked quickly. I always have a lot of questions for contractors that I engage and he was happy to answer them all. He can talk and work at the same time; a quality I highly value. He marked the electrical lines in paint and even gave me a stack of utility flags so I wouldn't lose the marks in the snow that wouldn't be far off. Much appreciated. As of this review, Advanced Underground Utility Locating does have an extremely cheesy website, but don't let that cement your impression of the work performed. Micah did a great job in accurately locating every last line and it was hundreds less than I thought it would cost. I highly recommended the company for locating utilities underground.

I've been with CEC for about 18 months as of this writing. I've had to call them a few times, and…read morehave been very happy with the customer service and their willingness to take the time to help me understand every facet of my electrical usage and bill. I asked for suggestions on saving power and they had many. The website also has some great tools for comparing bills and seeing historical usage in an interactive graphical format. This is very helpful. There's not a single aspect that I can think of that would prevent a 5 star rating for CEC.

I Wish I Had Found Webformix Sooner…read more I recently moved into a new home in Bend, Oregon, and signed up with an internet company I had not heard of before: Webformix. I only wish I had known about them sooner. They ROCK. The speed and reliability of the service are the best I have ever encountered. The internet itself is excellent, but what really sets Webformix apart is the company's GREAT attitude toward service. The staff is genuinely helpful, genuinely responsive, and genuinely super kind. That may sound simple, but it is not something I have often found in Bend, Oregon.... or really anywhere else in the United States. The people at Webformix seem to actually like helping people. Their service is immediate, and effective. I have honestly never seen anything quite like it. It almost seems too good to be true. But it is true. The internet service is the best I have ever had. The company is the best internet company I have ever dealt with. And, on top of all that, the price is lower than any internet service I have had before. Webformix has beaten every internet experience I have ever had, by a mile. It is excellent. I just want to spread the word and thank the company.

They generously reward customers for referring other customers to them. They are proactive and go out of their way to ensure their clients are satisfied and well informed. They will not try to sell service to you if the signal is inadequate, and that is very different from my experience with other companies like Tmobile, Century Link, and Spectrum. The set up and service costs are dramatically lower than starlink. I am so glad we made the move.

The customer service is either horrible or non existent. Next stop is phone call to the Oregon Public Utility Commission.

I contacted Shorty at MRP and, despite being very busy, he managed to quickly diagnose the problem, order the needed parts and complete the repairs much more quickly than I have experienced with other plumbers.
