I was very happy with their work so I am now under regular schedule monthly for house cleaning as well as before party event so my guests would think I was such good housewife, but I actually had Jessica and her team did the cleaning the day before lol. For scheduling, it was fast and easy: I just need to send a few text messages and that's it. My advice for everyone out there is that, (although you don't have to), you should be as specific as possible on what you need/want for cleaning. I just show them when they come in, and ask them later if I or they miss something. Then the result will be a sparkling clean and shiny house.

The previous owner had LARGE gutters installed and a metal roof on all buildings. We truly needed the work done and I trusted the family friend that Quick and Clear would do a good job. BUT HOLY COW!! They did an EXCELLENT JOB. One guy, all day. He blow everything off the roofs and cleaned the gutters BY HAND, then checked the downspouts to make sure they were clean too. AND THEN CLEANED UP ANY debris around my house and buildings. The area around my house, sidewalks, flower beds, everything looked better than when he arrived. I had him put the debris and yard waste in my large yard waste container and showed him the other "extra" containers we had. He filled them ALL UP. Not only was this a great service but a peace of mind to know that my gutters are not full and overflowing all over the place. They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue.
