I'm visiting from st Louis and I will never come to this sham of a lounge again. they charge you for everything like 10 bucks a person after 9 but if you're in there before 9 they charge you anyway. $100.00 I spent and bought my own liquor. Don't bring a large party here. We had a large group tonight and they tacked on a bunch of fees. Our whole group was charged an uncorking fee on our individual tabs even if we didn't bring alcohol. Also we were charged $5 a piece for the reservation then there was the grat on top so you can expect a good $15-20 on top of your check. This place is ridiculous! We went tonight and they were trying to charge us over $120 when we normally pay $40-50 for what we normally get! They added $18 for gratuity when we had to keep calling the guy to help us out after sitting there for over 45min! He passed by us multiple times, acknowledged us, and kept walking. We've never had gratuity added before for 4 people! Definitely not coming back and will Not recommend it, unless you want to be ripped off! I don't usually Yelp but this has to quite possibly the worst experience I have had ever. It's so bad I am yelping from the location while present. This is the Spirit Airlines if Hookah. You are nickel and dimed for just about everything. Before we could even order our hookahs we were reminded about 3 times that there was a $5 cover charge. One of the people in our party had to leave early so she left cash and as I walked her to the car another person ran outside and accosted us for our cover charges. I explained I wasn't leaving (even though there were still 7 people from our party still indoors) but he said it again. Their interest is more in taking money from you than providing an enjoyable experience. It is noted on the door that gratuity is already included in your bill. So don't worry about the service. If you knew what this place was like behind closed doors, you would know that its absolutly a discusting place to go. Your over charged, the hookahs arent cleaned properly. Last time i went with a friend the floor was so sticky it ripped the bottom of my shoe off. I asked the server to clean it and he didnt think we were important enough i guess. You only get refills on charcol if you ask. The owner and his employees are busy sitting down chatting instead of taking care of their customers. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT go to this hookah lounge. Casanova hookah has the best shisha, service, atmosphere, and the owner goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable! If you had any questions regarding a flavor, the staff was very knowledgble with describing the flavor. I do enjoy the comfortable seating, but if you have a big group with 3 hookahs across the table, and playing cards against humanity it is tough to play because of space....that could have been my groups fault. This place is a jewel! We walked in sat ourself and a waitress came over immediately with menus. There was a Dj who kept the crowd engaged by playing up to date music that suited all nationalities. There was also a dance floor that people weren't shy about putting to use! There was an belly dancer that worked the room but after about 30mins of minimal crowd participation she retired to the back where she soon left. I did not give 5 stars because the manager and staff were asking patrons to move to smaller couches to accommodate larger crowds that were waiting. I had my very first hookah experience here and I definitely enjoyed it. The first time we went, we got tiger's blood, but not because of any recommendations from the waiter. When asked what is good, he said everything. The second time we went, I think our waiter was the owner and gave us great recommendations. The couches are super comfortable and I love the dim lighting. We decided our second time there to try bubbles and ice (I think that's what it was called) and that added to the experience. The bubbles are a lot of fun and the ice attachment made the hookah nice and smooth. Both times our hookahs were tended to very well. I am definitely going back when I'm wanting a hookah fix when I'm in Dallas. read more

This hookah spot is where it's at!! The hub and I were looking for something late night to kick back and chill. I saw this place so we decided to pop in late night Saturday around 1:30 am. The atmosphere is mad chill. The music was live! The DJs were playing the the cuts from 2003 the club bangers to now (Hip Hop and R&B) then they slowed it down for us! The hookahs were so good I loved the cold cooler piece for the hookah! The staff was cool and attentive and they had some bomb chicken tenders!! Check this spot out.
