We were immediately seated and the atmosphere was lively for a Friday night, definitely a great date spot for sure. Those were really good and not heavy so that we were still ready for our meal when it came. I got the dry garlic noodles with pork belly, a poached egg, shredded cucumber and scallions. The egg was perfectly poached and I loved mixing everything together, coating all the noodles in that beautiful, velvety egg yolk. That pork belly was perfectly seared on each side and I pulled it apart with my chopsticks so that I would have a rich, bit of Porky deliciousness with every bite.
