On a whim decided to try this place. So cute! Small and cozy. It's a perfect space. Food was delicious! Shrimp and chicken Yakimeshi and the combo Teppanyaki. Best springs rolls I have ever tasted! The old fashion and Lychee martini are expensive and watered down. They do have a full bar. I will be back again for sure to try the Teriyaki! Glad we made the stop in.

Key takeaways: Delicious ramen, quick service, full bar. Came in for a warm date night. Karage chicken was crispy and tasty. Will be back for ramen on a cold night. Staff was very attentive.

Ramen was mediocre. I was excited for the and kinda disappointed. I thought it was bland and missing some flavor. Sadly the tofu came out room temperature. The place was not busy and since we waited a little bit for the appetizer, thought it should have been fresh! Service was great and attentive. With the price increasing everywhere, very disappointed the food was not fresh and also bland.

This place is next to Starbucks. My family and I came here; it was our first time, and I have to say it was pretty good. My mom had the chicken, which was delicious. I had the ramen, and I judge this pretty harshly because I have been to Japan. The ramen was good and flavorful, but there were some issues in my opinion. First, you could taste the burnt charcoal flavor of the pork belly, which was not that good, and also the pork belly was a bit overcooked. It's supposed to be nice and tender. Overall, it was a good experience; the service was great, and the place was nice. I would definitely be back.

Great spot for a little date night or just a casual outing. The noodles and broth were delicious and flavorful. The corn was extremely sweet and just tied everything together. It was a bit spicier than my usual liking but nothing I couldn't handle. Service was quick and the waitresses were very nice! Will definitely come back again.

I was thrilled to find a new ramen spot that opened near my home so we came on a Friday night and it was busy but not so packed that there was a wait. We were immediately seated and the atmosphere was lively for a Friday night, definitely a great date spot for sure. We started with the shishito peppers which were tossed in a light sauce and dusted with a tangy and savory seasoning. Those were really good and not heavy so that we were still ready for our meal when it came. I got the dry garlic noodles with pork belly, a poached egg, shredded cucumber and scallions. The egg was perfectly poached and I loved mixing everything together, coating all the noodles in that beautiful, velvety egg yolk. That pork belly was perfectly seared on each side and I pulled it apart with my chopsticks so that I would have a rich, bit of Porky deliciousness with every bite. This was seriously so good and if you guys are in the Casa Linda area, please don't hesitate to stop by Casa Ramen.

Yesssssssss! Yes! Yes! Yassssss! This is my new spot. The ramen was delicious! And Very fulfilling. 1. Spicy miso *2 on the spicy scale* with beef and chicken added the beef was seasoned to perfection! The chicken was great as well but I loved the beef more 2. Tonkotsu chefs kiss! Soo good the pork was seared and had its own taste aside from the broth. The corn fritters were okay.. you get three to a order and they are pretty big. The sake sangria was okay. I'll try something else next time.

Had a great experience here. The inside is very simple, but chic. Went on a Tuesday night and was able to be seated immediately. Ordered the Gyoza for appetizer and really enjoyed it, full of flavor. I had the ramen and it was a great portion - creamy, warm, yummy. We will be back!

Ramen was good, tried all flavors. Not the best but above average. Teppanyaki chicken was dry and bland, veggies were not crisp kind of tasted old. Chicken meatball skewers and sweet corn fritters were delicious. The calamari was BY FAR the worst calamari we have ever had. All 4 of us LOVE calamari and none of us could eat it, tasted like fried rubber gaskets lol Service was amazing and a great staff. Place was clean and nice, great ambiance. Average food. Nice atmosphere. GREAT service

I've always wanted to try a ramen place, but always was worried I wouldn't like it. Me and my boyfriend go to Lakepointe church, and him and my brother in law went to Casa Ramen before. They loved it. After service was over one Sunday; my boyfriend took me here! And it was the best first experience I've had! Loved the food, loved the service girls were nice! We've gone again after church and still everything was great and wonderful. The place was nice, very eye pleasing and eye catching. I have recommended my family to go there as well after my experience! Definitely will be back!

I forgot to film my food because it was just that food. We came in on a Saturday and were sat immediately. Our server gave us her recommendations and they were all amazing. You have to get the brussel sprouts when you come. It was truly amazing! I loved this place and will for sure be back! 10/10

Fast, friendly, shockingly, competent, and basically everything you don't mentally prepare for when someone says, let's get Ramen in Texas. It's more attentive than what I'm used to standing Ramen, to be honest basically they are self serve. So if the service is bad at your own fault. Finding the place, however? A quest. Google, yelp, Apple maps all tried their best and still acted like I was searching for the lost city of Atlantis. Even now, I'm not convinced I can find it again without divine intervention. A treasure hunt for Ramen at the end of the rainbow is only cardio I'm signing up for. Confession, I'm not even a Ramen fan. Like at all. And yet. OMG. I ordered the weekly special, the Rose cream Ramen, which is basically Korean tteobokki rose sauce but instead of chewy rice cakes, you get chewy Ramen noodles living their best life. It's creamy, spicy, comforting, and absolutely worth popping a Lactaid for. Lactose intolerant folks, unite and suffer intolerance together and noodle induced bliss. I have to admit this bowl was spot on amazing. Honestly, better than the instant Ramen I tossed into my Rose tteobokki at home, and I don't say that lightly because that combo has carried me through some dark times. Parking? Well let's just say walking from far away was a blessing. After inhaling that bowl, I needed to trek a walk of the incoming food coma, that was swallowing me whole. Impossible to find. I asked if they had mimosas in which the server replied they did not. However, she came back shortly after and said they could make an exception! I appreciated that and thought it was a nice gesture. Overall, service was really great and attentive. At no point did our water glasses go empty, and we placed our orders super quick. For lunch, I had the Spicy Creamy V Ramen. My friend had Tonkotsu Black. We also split an order of the French fries. Overall, the ramen was very tasty. It wasn't spicy at all, but I appreciate that JINYA includes sauces on the table to add to your ramen. The toppings (onions, tofu, etc.) were delicious and fresh. I also felt super full after only a few bites and took the rest home - well worth the price! My friend enjoyed his meal as well. The French fries needed a bit more salt, but only if you didn't use the dipping sauces. Which you would be crazy not to do so, as they are delicious. The inside is tiny and there isn't even a proper "waiting" area. I've also tried coming here before, and there was also a long wait. I'm glad I decided to stick it out this time. We ordered the Wagyu sushi, Yakitori, Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, and the Tomato Ramen. The Wagyu sushi is torched right in front of you! The Wagyu was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. My only *nitpicky* critique is the rice was ever so slightly too moist, but that didn't stop me from inhaling the sushi. Next, the Yakitori was phenomenal. I've never had such tender chicken in my life. There was a nice layer of delicious sauce coating the skewer. Again, just a really nitpicky feedback I have was that I wish the Yakitori had the tiniest bit more char to it, but nevertheless was an incredible bite, and I'd 100% order again in a heartbeat. Onto the ramen - easily hands down one of the best ramen I've had in DFW. The broth is flavorful, and I love the noodles. I'm not sure if they're handmade from scratch, but they had the perfect thickness and chewiness. I also loved generous the portion of cha shu slices. Most other places only give you 1-2 thin slices, but that was not the case here. The pork was tender. The ajitama was solid too, although I prefer more of a soft-boiled egg. While the meat portion is more generous here, the tonkotsu didn't come with many vegetables. A lot of other ramen places I've been to will have corn, fried garlic, etc as default, but those are all additional cost add-ons here. The ramen was delicious without them though but just something to note. We also got the tomato ramen as it's the chef recommendation. The dish is very creative and the execution was great. Personally, I still prefer traditional ramens but it was certainly a nice culinary creation to try. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would come here again. Just be aware there may be a wait, and because they're so busy, you do have to proactively flag down staff. However, the staff are still really nice despite all the tasks they're juggling at once.

Parking wasn't bad either, there are lots and a garage nearby. However, the food itself fell flat for me. We ordered the crispy chicken happy hour special, which comes with a side salad. The chicken was on the dry side. Whenever I order Kaarage, it usually comes with a dipping sauce, but there was none here and that would've really helped out. The dressing on the side salad was way too acidic, making it hard to eat as well. In addition, we ordered the takoyaki as an appetizer. The takoyaki themselves were pretty solid, but the texture of the mayo was off. I'm not sure if they make their mayo in-house, but i noticed it was curdled. EDIT: after reading the restaurant's response, the texture I noticed was because it's an egg tartar sauce For the ramen, we ordered Jinya Tonkotsu Black and Creamy Veggie Ramen. Pricing is standard for DFW ramen restaurants, although *slightly* higher than some others (by like $1). The base ramen comes with a good variety of toppings! However, the ramen was just okay. The noodles are on the skinnier side, which I prefer thicker, chewier noodles. The pork chashu serving was small, and it tasted kind of old and wasn't that tender nor flavorful. The broth was just alright. I prefer soft-boiled, jammy ramen eggs, but the ajitama here was cooked longer than I would've liked. Ironically, I thought the veggie ramen was *much* better. The broth had better flavor, and they use different noodles than the tonkotsu, which were thicker (and exactly what I like!). Lastly, we had the matcha tiramisu for dessert. On a positive note, the matcha flavor was detectable. However, the tiramisu crème wasn't that fluffy, and there were noticeable amounts of undissolved sugar.
