    Quesabirria Tacos with flour tortillas

My friend and I stopped by Casa Nueva on a Friday night, and everything from the service to the food and atmosphere was really solid. We were given chips and salsa almost immediately after being seated, which was very nice. All the staff we talked to were super friendly, and our server was great. We split the steak fajitas, quesabirria tacos, and queso with chorizo--everything was packed with flavor and just what we were hoping for. It was our first time there, and we had a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Tried this for the first time. So glad we did. The service was great, the food was so delicious, and it was Monday - so the $5 margaritas were also really tasty. My wife and I are vegan and they had multiple options. They also have many gluten free options if you want or need that. Plus chicken, steak, shrimp vegetarian ... something for everyone. The white rice with cilantro was perfectly fluffy and sticky and the fresh cilantro added wonderfully to the flavor. The complimentary chips and salsa are really good too. I asked for a side of hot sauce and I received some of the best homemade sauce I've ever tasted. It's a great menu with so many choices as well as ala cart options. If you like real authentic Mexican food get here now and enjoy. It was the best Mexican food we have had since visiting Mexico City. A M A Z I N G F O O D !

Wow this place is amazing. So homemade and delicious. My non vegan mother in law loved it. Amazing menu. So fresh. I'm vegan. Vegan people seriously go here also. Lots of choices. The flavor is incredible. The margarita Monday is especially fun. I had the build your own burrito. I think this is some of the best Mexican food I have had, even better than Mexico City. I can't wait to return. The service is wonderful also. Wow! Go here people!!

We ate here tonight with my wife and one of my daughters. First, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the ambiance. The decor was beautiful, and they had soft soothing music playing very quietly. It felt warmer and more inviting than most Mexican restaurants. They brought out chips and salsa immediately after we were seated, and the chips were nice and warm. I ordered the Dos Amigos Burritos (two burritos, one beef and one chicken). My wife ordered the Enchiladas Verdes. Both dishes tasted as good and as fresh as they appear. The prices were reasonable too. I was very impressed and we will definitely be back. Bring cash though, they tack on 4% extra for credit/debit transactions.

We really enjoyed our dining experience at Casa Nueva. The service was excellent, as well as the very cool ambiance. I had the enchiladas mixta, which were good, after we had the chips and salsa. We both had the margarita fights, which has several options to choose from. Fun!

Good was not bad, but wayyyy overpriced. Portions small, unseasoned and the drinks are watered down.

They have an extensive menu a very interesting and fun drinks that I haven't seen elsewhere. Many of the drinks reminded me of something that I may find at a tiki bar. Although we did not try any of these drinks this time, I would definitely come back to explore the menu further if I was looking to have drinks with a friend. The real reason we came here was because my friend had heard that a woman comes on Monday nights and serves homemade Thai dumplings. This was in fact, true, and we split two orders of dumplings. We tried the traditional dumplings with meat, and the vegetarian dumplings. We received.Five dumplings per order, that were served quickly. The price was fairly reasonable. We both agreed that these dumplings were very good,. My friend enjoyed The traditional dumplings the best, whereas I loved the vegetarian ones even though I typically don't enjoy vegetarian options. The servers checked on us frequently and left us with a small picture of water so that we did not need to keep asking for refills. The interior of this bar has a great ambience that I would recommend for a meet up with a friend or a date. They do not serve many food options, in the night we were here the only food that they had was the dumplings. I would be more inclined to come back if they offered other snacks or appetizers. I would however definitely try this place again.

I usually wouldn't give a place 5 stars if I was just there for a drink, but this pistachio martini was just too good, and I'm still thinking about it days later. And the interior of this place was cool. I want to come back the next time I'm in town. I got the Banana Bread Espresso Martini because I was interested... hadn't heard of it before. But it was just okay. It was kind of watery, and mine had pieces of ice in it. I guess it was just hard to go from the creaminess of the pistachio one to the more bitter banana bread one. All in all, cool place, great happy hour prices, and really delicious, unique pistachio martini! Go here even just for that. See ya next time; thanks for having me!

Easily equal to Chagrin Falls, Chardon Square or any other in northeast Ohio. We arrived and parked along the main street, strolled down the block to the front door. Upon entering you desend the stairway to your left. At the bottom you pass through a glass door into a very nicely appointed dining room (see attached picture). This is a "below the sidewalk" establishment and gives off a smokey, speakeasy type vibe... very classy. As you enter you will discover the hostess is at the far end of the room where the entrance from the rear parking lot is. Evidently that is where the majority of customers enter. I prefer the front... no matter. She saw us right away and immediately walked over and greeted our party. We were quickly seated at our table for the evening. A nice gentleman introduced himself as Christian, our server for the evening. He was quick with a smile and full of knowledge and energy. We placed our drink order and began to peruse the menu. The regular and evening specials menus are more than satisfactory to make any pallet happy. We began with "Deviled Eggs" topped with Caviar, need I say, they were marvelous. Also, the "Oysters Rockefeller" were excellent. The choice of entree's are very nice. My wife chose "Chilean Seabass" Spice Rubbed Carrot/Ginger Puree Haricot Verts Almond/Yuzu Chimichurri. I went with my absolute favorite, "Lamb Chops" Herb Crusted Dijon Crispy Gnocchi Green Peppercorn Jus. So did my brother. And his wife ordered the "Sea Scallops" Roasted Beets Humboldt Fog Pistachios Orange/Saffron Butter. Everything was exceptional as always. KUDOS to the entire kitchen staff. We followed dinner with a fine cup of coffee and shared a couple orders of "Whipped Chocolate Mousse" infused with chopped hazelnuts... fabulous. So, as I have said before, if you enjoy "Fine Dining" that is consistently excellent; make the trip to Hudson, Ohio and visit "Downtown 140". You'll be glad you did.
